We chose a 2 bedroom suite for our weekend getaway to Pune. The suite room was spacious, well equipped with a modern kitchen which had an induction stove, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, chimney and everything you would need in a kitchen.The living area, dining area, bedrooms and bathrooms were luxurious, spacious and well equipped too with television in each room and a washing machine cum dryer in the common bathroom.The suite had a private garden which could be accessed from the living room balcony and viewed from the bedroom balcony.The kids play area, senses restaurant and all other amenities were wonderful. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend for a weekend family getaway.

Good place for long stay. You feel home. Staff is amazing. Room very comfortable and well designed. Two good restaurants to enjoy a wide range of Indian and South Asia food in the former and Italian in the latter.

We visited Mariott for its restaurant Senses, which has amazing authentic Indian food. The buffet was closed due to corona, they have maintain high standard of quality and safety ! Amazing experiment!!

The Good:Rooms are well done. The interior and the quality of products are very good. Attention has been given to the smallest need and every convenience has been providedThe staff is very well trained and helpful. Service is prompt and efficient. Restaurants are excellent and taking the meal package is worth it.The Bad:In the 3BHK suite, there is only 1 large bedroom and the other two bedrooms are very small. The bed is also very narrow. Hence if you have more than 1 couple with a kid, the beds or the rooms get rather cramped to sleep inThe Ugly:The property is squeezed between a road and a back wall. To go from the reception to different units, there is a narrow lane. There are enclosed areas for Pool, Tennis, Play area and garden but there is hardly any open space in the property to jog freely or walk around. You get the feeling of being boxed-in.Even outside, the sidewalks are either broken or non-existent, with potholes everywhere on the road, making it difficult to walk after rainsConclusion:Great property if you want to stay in the room throughout your stay, otherwise there are better options in and around Pune

Location is great. Not too much disturbance around, and yet near to many entertainment options. The property was wonderfully maintained. Rooms are very spacious and well planned, with adequate amenities. Room service was quick too. Food was really good in taste and options too, unlike many 5 star hotels where food is average. Staff all over were very courteous. Loved my stay and would definitely come again if possible.

Marriott suites are absolutely the best , they have independent apartments Some have a small lawn area As well others are same with the lawn area but really good apartments which have fully functional kitchens with all amenities except for stove for cooking but microwave , fridge are available but I doubt you would order something from outside and heat it in the microwave (but just in case you do you can always re heat your food )cause they provide five star room service. Plus they have other facilities such as pools and gym. But keep in mind this is not a hotel it has all the features of a five star hotel but these are individual apartments plus do check out the breakfast.

Pathetic experience at there restaurant senses avoid visiting the restaurant they treat you as if you are eating for free after paying such a huge amount wont get experience of Marriotts. Its waste of money and time. Would surely give negative star to Marriotts suites pune. They are not able to serve you on time after restaurant being empty. Ordered one Dum Aloo sabji which they got after an hour and a half which was just plain jeera Aloo......what would any1 expect such treatment from Marriots....restaurant staff is worst.....very arrogant chefs

Rooms were neatly done. Not even a single thing to complain about, Lunch buffet was so tasty cant get over trying each and everything like so many different flavours fighting in your mouth you wont decide which was better than what. Highly recommended to visit if not staying then do visit for buffet.

Had a wonderful stay at this place. If staying with friends would highly recommend this place.For family the 3 BHK suite is the best , otherwise the separate rooms reduce the fun of the vacation with the family but the suite certainly enhances it.The breakfast is as good as any 5 star restaurant, but the service is exceptional.I really liked the precautions taken for the pandemic , made me feel as safe as I feel at home.

Me and my family including our pet stayed at the 3bedroom suite. Thanks to Marriott for making this pet friendly. The suite was very well equipped, from swanky kitchen ware (dishwasher, stove etc.) to a very well furnished living room (with music system).to forrest essential bath products. Great service. Kunal at the reception was very kind and gave us an extended time to check out. So make sure you speak to the staff about check-in and check-out. On another note, the 3bedroom suite building seems like a party spot on the weekend. So it might get a bit noisy until late night. Food was fine as well. Overall had a fantastic stay and would recommend this place for bigger families visiting and spending time together.

Hotel architecture is an apartment design with studio, 1 BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK option. If someone is looking for long stay, Marriot suites is best choice to stay near Magarpatta city as it has provision for kitchen and other essential daily needs in room itself. Furthermore, it is fully loaded with both indoor and outdoor games to stay fit. So, it is the best place to stay near Magarpatta city for an expats. Additionally, hotel staff is very polite and helpful in various manner.Regarding food, dining staff is very good and food quality is healthy and delicious.

Buffet menu in Senses is amazing. They have limited dishes in buffet but all are very tasty. Hotel staff are corteous and very helpful. One star less as I felt they should have some soft drinks as well on the buffet menu.

Pet friendly, best place for breakfast with friends

Beautiful hotel and breakfast. Only they should be more senior citizens friendly. They charge very high cost of Rs 5000 for an extra mattress. The lifts area should have chairs as we had to wait long time for their buggy to arrive.

We visited Senses restaurant in Marriot Suites during the COVID situation. The place follows all precautions and sufficient checks were done on the entrance. The staff wore mask and gloves all the time and was helpful and polite.The spread for the dinner buffet was very limited with very few options for vegetarians, but whatever was served was good in taste. The Chat and pasta counter was very good.

Very nicely attended by the sales team member. She explained all the available options for our concern and requirements.

I stayed here while on my trip back from outside India. Excellent and spacious suites, nice and clean, functional kitchen. Clean and Hygienic. Whether its a business travel, family holiday or friends chilling out for few days, one of the most comfortable stays in Pune. Friendly staff, and take care of guests. In room dining food options are great.

I normally dont write reviews but today I felt the need to show my disappointment. I am so disappointed with Marriott group. I thought it was an international standard hotel with good values ....After lock down for the first time had visited Pune for the weekend and had called up the hotel to book the room and specifically asked if they have smoking room ... to which I was told that its subject to availability but all rooms have balconies and you could smoke there.At the time of check-in ( I was given a room on the smoking floor) my bags were screaned and of my and my friends bags mine was put aside by a guard and he directly took my bag to a hotel executive without even asking me and the executive came and told me they have found a sheesha ( water pipe) in my bag and I will not be allowed to take it in ... I should leave it with the hotel or in my car ... for the first time in my life I felt like a criminal or if I have committed a crime or something ... firstly sheesha is absolutely legal in india and if cigarettes or cigars are allowed.. I dont understand how this is not... second of all I thought the screening was to check for weapons and not personal belongings and thirdly it should have been mentioned to me at the time of booking that smoking means only cigarettes and it should be mentioned on their site .... I thought this was the most illegal use of screening machine and invasion into my privacy... I was most made to open my bag remove it infront of everyone...Had I known about it I would have never ever booked Marriott and gone to another propertyDuring these Corona times when one takes a holiday and hopes to enjoy the weekend .. this beginning to mine was a horrible one ..This was my last ever trip to Marriott... thanks for a pathetic beginning after a horrible year ... will never book with Marriott group ever again ...I dont intend to write bad of what was good... the location is gr8 ... rooms were nice the food was tasty and the dining staff brilliant but the scar that I have been left with at the check in is difficult to heal ...The reason I am writing this is so that the Marriott group is more transparent and clear about its policies and so that no one else has to ever face it ...

This is one of our favourite places to visit. The property is one of a few places that is pet friendly. The staff are friendly and the food is amazing. They have an amazing italian restaurant as well as a top notch in room dining. The facilities are extremely well kept and cleaned daily ( even the pool is cleaned daily even thought it cant be used in covid times). Love the place and will be back again soon

Beautiful all suite hotel in pune... close to koregaon park and the choices of restaurants in the vicinity of marriott.The hotel ifself has a great choice of food selection with great taste.The rooms are clean and well maintained and though the service is a little slow due to the size of the hotel but the the courtesy of their staff makes up for this and does not disappoint you one bit.A great place for a staycation or a long planned stay.

A pretty good place for a weekend stay, or even a long stay for that matter. Very courteous staff, doing their best at all times. The studio suite is nice for those planning a long stay and those intending to cook on their own. Didnt actually use the cookers, stove and oven much, but they seemed decently functional although the utensils/dishes in the room were somewhat limited and some plates would not fit the microwave.The staff were very helpful and even arranged nut-milk for us during our stay. Spa is decent, though addition of Aurvedic massages would be good.All in all highly recommended for a short or long stay ...

Rooms are the best, earlier it was a service apartment then they have converted into rooms and suits pretty nicely, bed was very comfy and food was nice. F&b service could be more faster during dinner i have to wait 5-10 min minimum untill next dish served that looses appetite. Although staff is polite. I couldnt use the other amenities due to covid restrictions. Not much space for car turning in parking area and they dont have valet service die to covid ans self parking is pathetic, no security to guide and its darker inside and again going to reception is sometime feel odd, especially when youre with family.

Spent a month here before relocating to another country. The service, food, cleanliness was exceptional. Extremely helpful staff, I never had a single complaint. the amenities are perfect. MeghaI chose Marriott for surprising my wife for honeymoon and trust me, we both are badly frustrated and highly disappointed with pathetic service provided. I have checked in at 2 PM today, it’s 8:21 now, a/c technician has visited my room (6102) thrice but still my rooms AC is not cooling at all.To my surprise, there was no honeymoon freebie/no welcome drink neither bouquet arranged to welcome us. Sandeep had assured for the best service quoted in the trial email but he has not kept up his promise.I and my wife are actually frustrated and highly disappointed. I wanted to surprise her and on our honeymoon, this is what we are getting?? Courtesy: so called pathetic service of Marriott?? I will certainly take it on all online forums for my feedback as well as with my corporate HR. I have stayed with many 4/5 stars so far, The Leela/Novotel to name a few. Had nominal hopes from Marriott specially because it was suggested by Ankita, who is a close friend of mine. But actually it’s highly disappointing.Thanks for ruining my honeymoon. 😡😡😡

Many thanks to the Marriott Suites, Pune team lead by GM Subhash Sinha, and phenomenal staff such as Banquet Chef Bhuralal, maître dhôtel Bhaskar, servers like Harshit, and the very sweet hostesses whom all saw to it that our stay was comfortable with minute attention to details.I have stayed at most luxury hotels in the Pune area and this is by far my most favorite.The suites themselves are well worth the money, fitness center has dedicated staff and is well equipped with modern well kept equipment, plenty of entertainment options for little ones, and food exceeds my expectations every single time.One of the very important criteria for me is the food. Marriott Suites chef have mastered the art of providing extremely delicious, aromatic, and authentic Indian cuisine experience without overpowering use of spice or chilli. I was told that they source high quality authentic spices directly from select vendors across the country.I highly recommend staying and eating at Marriott Suites, Pune. I myself am now looking forward to visiting my friends during my next trip in October.

Went for a sunday lunch, happened to reach during their brunch buffet. What a spread...there was something for everyone. The staff was so courteous and good. Do try their signature cocktails.So next time when you are around the area during a boring sunday afternoon,hit this place for an awesome brunch.Special shootout to the live musician... he made the atmosphere really soothing with his amazing selection of music.

Home away from home. One cannot call it a hotel like other hotels. They take such good care of the guest. An absolute requirement for long staying people. The hotel has a warm feeling. It is not built like a tall tower, which usually is for a hotel. The rooms also make sure the guests do not feel like they are in a hotel. All the daily required amenities are available. The hotel staff is very sweet. Making sure the guests have a wonderful stay. Even the entrance of the hotel is so calm and nice. Giving a relaxing feeling all throughout the property. Their Italian restaurant is just amazing with their master chef from Italy. (If I am not wrong). Overall, a great place to stay in Pune.

A good place to unwind with big family. The people are very courteous & always helpful. In fact they go our of their way to ensure a smile on your face. Brilliant! The food in the restaurants (2 nos) is outstanding & fully worth of penny spent.The only problem I noticed is that the rooms definitely need refurbishment. The carpets look very ugly. The floor tiles also look shabby. But I am sure Marriott team will fix it.Overall a great place in the lovely city of Pune & that to near the posh area of Pune i.e. Koregaon Park.

A great hotel. My colleague and I spent two weeks here while working in Pune. I have never experienced better service in a hotel. We had two days conference at Oak Lounge. Overall it was good experience. Morning started with loaded breakfast which had good recipes including Indian and overseas food. And similar was lunch and dinner too. Rooms were big and included almost all kitchen equipments. They also have swimming pool, gym, spa, bar, etc. Good option for families who want to spend few days in Pune, only budget should not be constraint 😉.

Upscale restaurant with a great buffet spread, really liked their exotic veggies, cheeses and salad spread and also dessert spread. Improvement needed in chaat (need a complete revamp), pasta (was not al dente, also when cooked without cheese it needs to be flavourful with veggies/olives etc) and ice creams (lacked flavour and was icy).Overall very nice experience. Staff is very helpful.

Pathetic, i called them more than 5 to 6 time since check-in for the room Ace they are just trying to save the electricity when we entered in lobby the ace was completely off they were using fan I literally took picture, there was this rude manager I don’t remember his name he was not ready to listen anything he start pushing 19th june 2020 was the date in the evening. If there are any kind of rule related to this they would have mentioned while check-in. That guy really treating us like we are living free of cost

Our congregation in this place was for around 3 hours. We were ushered inside by a smiling concierge and escorted through the perfumed vestibule to the luncheons area.A classic ambience, a buffet of Indian and continental dishes, and sparkling drinks awaited us. I found the staff to be polite, earnest, and friendly.Our requests were quickly attended to. Although one dish containing fish was not steamed well, the chocolate feuilletine cake was the piece de resistance of the meal.For lunch, try for a seat outdoors in the open, clean air. You will enjoy the flavour of your food better.This is a place to visit by a large team of colleagues to get the best out of their booking offers. Marriott never disappoints.The decor, the warm welcome and the food, everything is always top notch.Went for lunch at 5 Senses.The buffet spread is insane.Right from North Indian, to crazy salads, to Chinese and to delicious deserts, they had it all.The service is good, the staff is amazingly courteous.Would never think twice to go again.
