I am working at Peristent from last 6 months at Hinjewadi phase 1..location of this office is good. Persistent provide food facility to all its employees even Guards and Other workers which is really very appreciable. Persistent Gives good in hand salary as 70% of ur 10 % variable will be credited in ur account every month. Most of the projects are from US and so there are very less Onsite Opportunities. U can get chance to work on good tools and language only if you get a good project.Every year there is games and fest organized by the company. There is not much space for walking and gardens. There is a very small paid cafeteria where mostly u will get only poha and sandwiches. Paid Cafeteria size should be increased.

It is suited at a prime location in Shivaji chauk, hinjwadi phase 1,pune .around the company there is all PG building are available for bachelors.some distance Ahead from persistent system there will be a huge IT park.

I had attended interview at this location.Requirement was for ui Developer.Interviewer was very friendly and he was having 18 years of experience.I was selected for 3rd round technical discussions.Discussion went around 1-1.5 hr and finally i was not selected . This was my 2nd try.Hope for best next time.But as per my experience they look for a candidate who are honest and do not lie during the interview.I was lied that i know reactjs. May be that z a reason. But better luck for next time I’ll try again in future.

Went only for interview so not sure about culture there, but Campus is good but not at par in astethics or facilities with Infosys or TCS or Tech M in Hinjewadi.

I am not sure what is the working culture there in persistent but I would like to share an experience when I went for the interview in Persistant. When I asked for water someone directed me to a table where I small size water bottle. These small bottles were used and refilled with water. They served the water in old water(from all brands-bisleri, bailley etc). Its not like I cant drink in those bottles, my question was from where they have collected those small bottle.
