Amazing customer service place is clean and awesome to crash

I have just returned from a 1 night stay at the Crown Towers Hotel in Melbourne and it was one of the most amazing hotel experiences I have ever had. I didnt want to leave! We arrived at the hotel to friendly porters who helped us out of the taxi and into the hotel. The lobby is very glamorous with glitzy chandeliers and polished marble floors. Check in was efficient and staff was friendly. Our room was located on the 15th floor with amazing views over the Melbourne Skyline and Yarra River. The room was absolutely massive with 2 queen sized beds, plasma television, high ceilings and gorgeous decor. It was absolute luxury. Beds and linen were heavenly comfortable and the amenities in the room were great. The bathroom was equally spectacular with marble everywhere, crystal chandeliers, frosted glass doors, huge bathtub and an LCD television built into the mirror. The room also had a full walk in wardrobe with more than enough hanging space that you would require.We ordered room service and it arrived within the time they specified, staff was lovely and the food was fantastic. I had the best baguette ever. Sourdough with chicken, avocado, lettuce and aioli mayonnaise, yum! Breakfast at the Conservatory Restaurant was also very remarkable, with a great selection of breakfast items which were all very fresh and tasty.Overall this hotel was nothing short of amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. It was an absolutely wonderful experience staying here. Leaving was the hardest part! The hotel is beautiful, rooms are luxurious and service is outstanding. Very highly recommended!
