Went with husband on a Sunday Afternoon. We ordered Bamboo Biryani. The taste was ok but found hair in the food. Even the people beside my table found hair in another item that they ordered. The service is not good. The place is not that clean. There were food on seats when we were given a table. Did not have a good experience here.

The food here is awesome and delicious, there service is very quick, and trsut me they are very professional with their services. The price of the food is very appropriate, it not very expensive neither its too cheap. Talking about it ambience its very classy and low light. Crowd here is very decent. They also offer their bar services at very affordable prices.

Restaurant management is a disaster. They encash on the good interiors!! They r not able to deliver but promise the sky to the customers!! More interested in earning money rather than providing service.Should not trust the reservation manager to keep his word. Better avoid till they have enough staff and proper mgmt in place.

This was my Second Visit and equally disappointed like my first visit. We Liked the Ambience & Comfort. But Super led down on Food. Butter Garlic Prawns were super flop. We tried Methi Chicken, but i could hardly find Methi in it. Rotis were pretty burnt. Qwality hotel must seriously re-work on their Menu.

Ordered Gadbad Ice Cream which is very famous in Mangalore. It was a disappointment as it was more of a fruit salad and falooda mix. Overall I would say its a good fine dine option in hadapsar.

This is great place for family and friends. It’s not having very loud music at least at lunchtime. The prices are comparatively not too high. The quality of food is great. The service is bit slow but still good. The building parking space is not that good as it is still under construction. It serves both veg and non vegetarian food.

Kwality Family Restobar, is an restaurant opposite to Seasons Mall, Hadapsar, Pune. Menu is a bit costlier when you compare quantity with price. What I didnt like is waiter and caption behavior. They were almost always trying to sell menu items (पीछे पडे थे). Ambience is good. Also have a large tv and projector for live matches. I also noticed its difficult to accommodate a large group (>12). Tip: Do try chicken navabi handi and Pronze Rajahmundri. Pronze Tenali were bad, too much fried and blackened.

When I ordered Limca here. It was already expired 30 days ago. After bringing this in notice to the waiter, He argued that Coldrink never expires ... Height of making fool out of customers. Beware of this type of incidents. Next may be you who can be victim of this. I was fortunate enough to notice this otherwise I could have drank it and may have fallen sick badly by now.

Amazing food and ambience.We ordered Chicken manchow soup and Chicken Reshmi kabab which was a perfect starter completely roasted in ghee and cheese. Our main course included cheese nan and Chicken mughlai Handi this was my first time try but it came out to be very tasty ...more than my expectations.Among the mocktails we tried fruit punch fir my kido ...he was completely amazed to have fruit in ice cream. We had mohito and both the mocktails were super amazing.Ambience is also very nice , all the staff members are courteous. They offer Vallet parking and have ample seating space.Rate is towards higher side I would rate them 8/10 on pricing as the rates are higher compared to branded hotels.Overall rating 10/10 worth visiting ...for family, office get together, small parties and occasionally having craze for good kababs and starters.

Nice food. Very good service. Munchow soup was red hot. Couldnt finish it. Other starters were quite good. Main course as well as dessert were up to our expectations. We actually went for sudden birthday celebrations. However staff was alert to play birthday song when we cut the cake. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Starters was slow.. service was not upto the mark.. food starters were very slow.. and cold...Waiters.. were not upto the mark with understanding our requirements.. and tried to give Indian curry with Chinese rice.. even after explaining that with Chinese rice we need a suggestion for Chinese curry... The waiter kept suggesting an indian style curry which made no sense... Ultimately we had to decide after looking at the menu for a Chinese curry..Food was tasty thou quantity was less.... And needs improvement..
