I went for taking my 2nd dose of Covid Vaccine. Covishield in Tata Technologies. Phase 1,Hinjawadi. The hospitality is very good. I had an excellent experience. Ambience is appealing with well maintained infrastructure.

I had worked there as Solution Developer. I have been there only more than a year. Never got chance to work in the office premises due to COVID-19. All I can say about this company is just good in terms of work life balance.

This is not Exactly a review , but its just my attempt to know, if the Tata Technologys H.R & Management team, follow their Ethical policies, as mentioned by them in their So called ETHICAL POLICIES Documents. They have a very Decorated Ethical Policies documentary. Do they follow all their rules mentioned in their Ethical Policies, like Not Hacking/Installing Spyware in their Employees mobile phone . Do they respect the Privacy of their employees & do they treat their employees well ?This is just my attempt to know, if they really follow their Ethical Policies.TATA group is really great, but I just want to know if Tata Technologies Management commitee follow their Own Ethical Policies ??

Good company as everyone knows.This is located Hinjewadi Phase 1 campus is awesome.Theres large open space.Good Plantation or green cover is there.Calm and soothing atmosphere in the evening.Not much crowded.One can hear the chirping of the birds in the evening.I would say its the best environment for anyone to work.

I had always had regret soon after joining this company. There was ZERO appraisal even after putting all my effort and doing good job after completion of 1 year. In the second year got a negligible increment which iam shameful of even disclosing. This year its a surprise. FORCED LEAVE WITHOUT PAY till december or leave the company serving 1 month notice. This company was my biggest mistake in by entire CAREER.

Went for interview.The interview was scheduledet 9.30, there was walking at the same time. No one addressed us till 11.00, the process started at 12 and they take lunch break at 1.They will not give much hike even if u have another offer. Office building is small and of 2 floors only.

Some departments have good work and one can learn a lot but many other departments have no work at all and all people do here is pass there time by drinking coffee and chit chatting.Dirty politics is also played here.The annual appraisal and increment is too bad and no growth is possible for anyone be it from IT sector to Mechanical and manufacturing sector. The experienced employees are unable to switch uobs because they dont have enough knowledge because they did not get to learn anything.Please do not join this company if you are a fresher.This is a good place to work if you are in your ewrly forties and expect no growth, just time pass.
