Professionally managed integrated township. Clean air, water & space for everyone along with a stress free living experience.

Good place to have a home.but the recent sites under construction are too far from entry. quite expensive and small flats

Flats are good. Electricity and water facilities are hassel free, however service after buying property is completely useless. PMS authorities who takes care of society after buying property doesnt at all take care of issues and concerns which we raise. They only entertains paid services and resolves all of them on priority. Think before you buying property in Nanded city.
