All the furniture broken, CPU damaged and wires&bedsheeet inside cupboard missing...incurred a huge loss of 34000rs.😡.editted review- 30novStars changed from 1 to 3...After nearly 1 week, I have got all my items repaired which were possible and they paid compensation for same! The risk management team, especially Divakar Gupta ji was very helpful for same!

Very pathetic service. they are not professional in terms of handling your consignment. They never completed their commitment for time to time delivery. We have booked our consignment on 28-10-2020 from Bodi, Tamilnadu (Way Bill Number 89141711) and they committed us to provide in Ahmedabad, Gujarat in 5 days. but at 6 November still, we havent received our consignment. also, they dont have proper customer care to answer our question. Worst logistic service in India. Please see attachment for more info
