Flats are ok but small in size, water problem. Parking for cars & bikes, swimming pool available. Security guards present on main gate.There are no grocery stores, market near apartment.

Its a great place to live in just fantastic.The society is well planned and there are lot of good amenities.It has Swimming Pool,A club house and a gym as well and good security with ample of parking space.The idea of Podium is really good and the flats are well built as per the price.The Place has the most important part of society Pleasant and Friendly People.There is construction in progress for a water tank which will also ensure a good supply of water for the society.
