The ambience and decor has been revamped from when I last visited. The restaurant looks fabulous. If I were to talk about the food and service, it remains unchanged. The food has always been delicious and the service was impeccable as usual. Kudos 👌

This place could be good for business stay purposes but if you are hosting a wedding you need to be a lot more careful about playing loud music or dhol, etc since the hotel is centered in between a township. The front staff needs to be more polite with clients hosting wedding (better staff training). The room service needs to be faster & a lot more thoughtful. Rest, the dining service was good, hotel cleanliness was excellent & the room are spacious & fantastic.

Went there for breakfast with family a few days back. They had only 1 cupcake, 1 sandwich and 1 cinnamon roll, at the peak breakfast time. They never replenished the stock. Same was the story with Paranthas, dosas and fruits. 🙁

Cocoon is situated in a nice locality with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. I liked the room space and the lobby. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the washrooms and helpfulness of the front desk. They refused to give one additional key for the rooms even when we booked the room for 3 people. When the lift is being operated by a key card, they should at least provide 2 keys. The room was also not stocked with utensils or amenities and it took too long to get even a plate from room service. The cleaning people were nice but the bathrooms were not maintained. Maybe because of COVID, the maintenance was on the poorer side but the hotel can do much better.

Located in magarpatta city, calm and quiet residential area, hadapsar Pune, with very good reception ambience, tastefully decorated rooms, co operative staff, good security with access control entry, book this hotel with breakfast.

Good food with silence and a enjoyed here with kids. Kids food options are available.

Had a pleasant stay over a week. Rooms are spaaaacious with all kinds of amenities. A perfect 3 star hotel with restaurant and bar. Staff was very cool in nature.Located near South gate of Magarpatta, one can easily find this hotel. Beside to this hotel, you can find food court.As usual looking forward to stay here again.

Great hotel in Magarpatta and they have really godo service. Breakfast is good and the staff is very helpful in general. Car and bike parking could have been better. DC is just next doors so accessibility to daily needs is great of you stay here.

My only observation is that they seem to have the longest / most complex check-in process for foreign visitors compared to any other hotel in India that I have stayed at - though this is definitely not a complaint. This is good Hotel in Magarpatta City. There is small kitchen with Microwave water hotspots and tiny cooler box. Good views from any room with small balcony for smoking and relax. See the attach photos. There is a shortcut from Cocoon to market place and restaurant place. Very convenient. Breakfast also good. Something need to improve are only has TV in bedroom, dont have TV in living room. The TV channel such as HBO, movies, or other entertainment are not paid so cannot see. Dont have flexible shower in bathroom, only fixed shower...the internet Wifi is not convenient. Need to use coupon by Tata tele, and very slow, sometimes disconnect, only one device can accessTheres no gym and swimming pool also. Thats why the price is very reasonableIn Summary: thiss valuable price choice for a hotel in Pune

Very near to Hadapsar.The rooms are spacious with separate lounge room with sofa and small kitchen with kettle, oven, small fridge and mini bar counter. This makes way to private balcony.The bed room is spacious with clean soft beds and small beautiful bathroom.They kitchen offers free buffet break fast and paid buffet lunch and dinner. You can order individual food items also, choice is yours. The food is good and tasty.They also have bar which serves beer and liquor.Beside hotel there are numerous eateries and mini market with huge crowd in the evening till midnight. You get lot of varieties of foods to choose and taste.Overall all these facilities makes good stay and Enjoy....

The restaurant and cleaning staff is toooo good... very helping... food is delicious but the wifi sucks, doesn’t connect whole day... especially on top floors... the manager and help desks are also helpless .

I stayed for 4 nights.Overall good, with few cons. Its inside magarpatta city, so walk-able to the companies inside the Magarpatta city.Though in google maps, the distance between the company and the hotel shows a bit far(due to One ways), but the hotel staff guided with the shortest route. There is no daily drop facility available at the hotel.But, I guess they do have airport pick up/drop with some charges. The restaurant is attached and the food is good.Room service is quick.Staffs are very helpful.The suite has all the facilities attached with a hall, balcony.The house keeping is done on daily basis. Hot water in washrooms available 24 hours. Felt very safe being a lone traveller. Bed linens are good.They do provide iron board, plates, coffee maker,microwave,extra pillow,free wifi(Tata docomo with a scratch card valid for a day or so.I didnt use much).Cons:1. Bathroom little stinky2. They dont provide tooth paste generally. But House keeping team was quick enough to provide me.3. There was a very small leakage from the ceiling just above the toilet.often there was droplets falling.The team can look into the matter.

The rooms were very clean. The staff service can be better. The hotel like quite good from inside. Lift does not go till parking area. According to the price its okaish. Food is also good here. It is inside the Magarpatta city so close to airport and easily accessible.

Its enjoying Monopoly being only hotel surrounded by many IT companies.. since these companies prefer hotel nearby for their visitors, one will see this hotel mostly occupied but the services or the facilities it provides would never attract anybody to spend any night in the hotel... Internet is the worst as u dont get range from one room to another..😃Recommended to check all options before opting any hotel for your stay.

Very convenient location,and attentive staff. All rooms a suies which was nice. Child friendly. Building and rooms are a little dated but is currently being rehabed so I would be nice to see the final product. If traveling for business I would stay again. If traveling for pleasure I might go to someplace more indulgent.

About the Hotel ..you will feel pampered and the staff is courteous and polite.The rooms are quite cozy and clean.You wouldnt be disappointed on your stay and if you are planning for a romantic gateway with all the amenities around then this is the place you would wanna stay. They got various options on the menu and they got a fine dine on the ground floor just close to the reception . The food is great here I had tried few things prawns koliwada, chicken kheema and few things in breakfast all were great. I have may things to say but to sum it up I would love to stay here once again n I would really recommend it to the couples who are looking to pamper themselves ans need a break from routine. thanks.

Great hotel, best location if your office is in and around Magarpatta. The best part is the rooms are actually 1 BHK apartments with cozy balconies. The breakfast menu is a good mix of Indian and western dishes. The staffs are courteous and professional. Complete value for money. Would surely recommend.

Its actually not a hotel its like service apartment with service. Room service is OK. Need better presentation with service quality and delivery. Room service attendant - especially a girl needs to be more professional,she tends to forgot and had to remind her. Food is OK. Please do not misplace your room card or else they will charge you 500 plus taxes pathetic. Overall services needs a big change.

If choice to stay nearby Magarpatta then cocoon which is inside Magarpatta is one of the best place to stay. Near by DC adds more weightage, they even allow outside food so no worries if your stay is long.

Best buffet in surroundings, though the items are less they always taste best. Hospitality is at the top always. You can arrange a private party with them and they will make sure you will have the best time for your money and occasion. Place is well connected with roads and just on the edge of Magarpatta town. Parkin might be the issue if you’re traveling in groups.

Decent rooms. Could have been cleaner. The check in was rather smooth. The overall stay was pleasant. Unlikely Id consider a stay here again. But not a bad place to haul for the night.

This place is a bit of a conundrum. Lobby, restaraunt and bar on the ground floor well maintained and quite inviting. Only had breakfast, so I cant speak for the food. Breakfast was ok with good service. The room I had was very spacious with a king size bed, ok furniture, and a balcony. It came with a kitchenette that had a refrigerator, but no mini bar. Plenty of complimentary bottled water provided, though. The bathroom showed clear signs of some moisture issue, that had spread through the wall to the bedroom. Not very nice. Id say the rooms are ready for a complete overhaul. Ok place for business travelers that need to stay a night or two within convenient distance to the nearby Cybercity, but Id not recommend it for longer stays.

Average hotel , Gym not available.Sometimes staff will not tell you the complimentary services so check with them so that you can got know what are the complimentary for you.Location is quite good as its near by EC market so things are easily available nearby.Rooms are spacious with balcony too.You can go for it if you are having office and any work in Magarpatta because easily approachable from there.

Best hotel food, try dal palak khichdi with Dahi, biryani, butter chicken. Actually anything its realy good. Dont forget mango lassi if wanna drink something.

It is an incredible place to stay with family, friends and couples. The place is very welcoming the suits are pretty much more than average(Good). The drawback that I found was the lighting in the room(dim). The menu in the hotel room is less but the restraunt there compensate for that. Overall for a quick getaway you may choose cocoon.

A great hotel will good facilites. The complimentary breakfast is awesome here and also the rooms are neat and clean. The staff is also very polite and cooperative. The price is worth as per the quality of hospitality you receive here.

Stayed for a night here. Very professional staff. I even had a guest come over and wanted to have some good dinner. The menu is actually very normal, but the tatse is really good.Very nice interiors, relaxing totally if you have had a very hard and tiring day. Everything is promptly serviced.Would definitely consider staying over again and would definitely recommend to others.

The joint rooms had only single bathroom

I stayed here before, because it was close to my office in Magarpatta City. All my local colleagues couldnt believe that I would recommend this place. The best they would say was its OK. Its not a luxury hotel, but its pretty good. Ive only had two room suites (I think thats all they have) and they are well appointed and large. The bathrooms are very dark and really have no counter space, but are clean and usable. The bedroom and workspace had plenty of power. The only real bother was getting on the wifi. Their IT person had to help (codes would come back only to Indian numbers), and I lost access once after the first day (but the IT guy fixed me up again). The breakfast buffet is a good mix of Indian and American food.

I stayed in cocoon for nearly 15 days. Rooms were quite big. I was in a studio which had a separate living room area with a little kitchen n basin. Breakfast was included and its was full of choices n everyday the menu changes. It was delicious & I never missed it. Other best part was the location its was right next to the Destination center which got all the market including your grocery store, restaurants, banks and all necessary things you can get from there. I enjoyed staying in cocoon hotel.

The suite is good, spacious, clean and has all the amenities a person looks for in a hotel. The restaurant serves deicious food. Breakfast buffet has a variety of options. Plus the location is perfect, near Destination Centre where you can explore more food choices or shop for all the basic daily use stuff that is required. Also it is located near two of the best malls in Pune i.e. Seasons and Amanora. Staff is nice. All in all it’s worth it :)

Great when I do the price to service comparison. Location is awesome and surrounding area is calm but a little away from main city. Hotel staff is well trained and professional and the rooms are very big and nicely maintained

1. very rude staff2. i had to ask for wifi 2 times3. no one came to pick stuff from my car4. no one even water to us while we were waiting for formalities5. i had asked for a early check in when i reached they asked a half day price for 2 hour early check in which was fine but i had to go and ask for the price again and again they did not told me while i was waiting at reception.6. no food menu in the room7. no item in the refrigerator which means for a cold drink also i had to call them.worst hotel experience ever.
