I had booked a room for myself and my family in Hyatt Pune for two days staycation. The ambience and services were really good! I had no problems, and the staff also responded quickly to any queries we had. It was a very comfortable and fun staycation for us. You can check out Ban Tao, a restaurant, which will be below the ground floor. The services and food there were also very good. To be honest, treating my family there had me think of spending a lot there but it was quite reasonable for us somehow. The food was very good, and the caterers also were attentive to our requirements in terms of less spicy and more healthy food that we wanted. Mr. Elroy DCosta was also very helpful at the reception, in case you find yourself lost about where to find the restaurant or any other issues. So, yes! The overall experience for me was really good, and I do look forward to plan another staycation there soon.

The stay was so relaxing! Cleanliness maintained. And the over all food was just amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful and amazing! Very satisfied and happy!

A descent place to stay at Viman Nagar.Close to the airport and phoenix Mall.Covid protocols were followed all around but stay per se didnt match our expectations.Ive stayed at other hyatts and this one let me down a bit.The breakfast buffet was also not upto the mark.Pool is closed due to covid.

Very humble staff especially Mr. VINAYAK who took very good care of us both the days at the time of breakfast, lunch and dinner (Gained weight in 2days, on a lighter note). Also would like to thank Chef Mr. PARAG who surprised us with a special decoated plate served by Mr. Vinayak ofcourse which not only represented our work profile but also was overwhelming.They both are filled with warmth and kindness. We had 2 day stay(11th September to 13th September) and the entire experience was smooth while following all basic covid protocols.Overall experience was superb except for one bad experience which I faced for the first time as my laundary was not done(would not like to name the person and the supervisor but hope in my next visit this would not be repeated) and had to wear the unwashed clothes while checking out.

We went to Bantao highly okay food, could have a better variety, although the cocktails were amazing.

Hyatt has always been a go-to place for us where dining and stay is concerned.Fishbowl at Hyatt is also where we regularly go with our friends whenever theres a queer event or party. The staff are very polite and respectful. Of course Hyatt is a bit more expensive compared to other places, but theres a beautiful outside seating area and a nice big dance floor!

Had amazing experience staying at Hyatt. They tried their best to provide us everything I requested. Nicole was super friendly. It was pretty easy to connect with her. Anand decorated our room very beautifully. We were surprised and extremely happy with the gestures. Amazing food at Baan Tao.

Excellent place for overnight stay. Staff is very polite, professional and courteous. The buffet variety and seating arrangements were commendable.Manager Mr. Allampalli is to be really given a hats off for amazing way he runs the show there!!

Hyatt Pune is excellent! We had a lovely stay. The service was absolutely great right from the front desk to the director to the house keeping and restaurant staff. Each one made sure we had a stress free holiday. Special mention to Kiran More from housekeeping who was excellent.

Hi... I visited the hotel just 2 days back for work trip... Its such a nice place to visit.... Staff is soooo sweet...rooms and amazingly neat and have everything you need .... Food is simply delicious with a lot of variety ... And the view from the top is just an icing on the cake...

My stay was Enjoyable & like to be back with family n friends, Got the feeling of second home .My experience was overwhelmingly positive.Specially ur front office staff Elroy & team along are Doing excellent job, wonderful team work with a smile & nice fountain ambience in the lobby .In f&b food quality n Service is outstanding ,Swapnil doing A+ job in d restaurant along with his team members & Aarti in IRD was really helpful.Most importantly ur Chef Bhavik Patel on live counter is working really hard n made a crazy Punjabi omlette according to my choices n taste which is extremely fantastic & fav dish in the breakfast.Lastly I want to also appreciate Shinning stars of the property thts ur Entire HK staff specially kiran , Entire team is working perfectly in every aspects . The hotel follows no Covid protocol. I was there as an external customer for parlour use and was surprised that a brand like the Hyatt can be so badly handled. If you are someone who is being careful during this pandemic then please stay as far away from this place as you can. Nobody wears masks. The managers don’t enforce anything. They stand around and watch everything but do nothing about it. Pathetic attitude.

First let me start with the positives. So this is a decent place, rooms are well maintained, staff were nice and services were good. My most favorite thing about this place was their mattresses (may sound weird to some people but its true :-)). I have stayed in many hotels and was always disappointed with their mattress/pillow quality until I found this place. The rooms have a resort feel to it and their mattress quality is top notch.My second most favorite part was their terrace dining area. On both days of our stay, we had breakfast and dinner on terrace area which I absolutely loved. The spread was good. The best thing was their chat corner, we had pani puri and papdi chat which was really good.They also have pool, spa and a hair salon inside the hotel. The prices are decent at the spa. I had a foot massage which I liked. However my husband went for a full body massage and he realized that probably the masseur was not properly trained, he had some weird massage techniques which my husband did not like.I was really happy with their Laundry services. Special thanks to the house keeping staff Kiran who accommodated our requests and provided good services. We were stressing over few laundry things and he got it all sorted in time for us.I wish I could give this place a 4 star but I am sticking with 3 and I will tell you why. I loved everything about this place except it was stinky in the elevator and corridor area. I am not sure what it was but I complained twice about the smell and later realized that probably there is nothing that the staff can do about it. The smell was bad enough because I used to hold my breath in the corridor or when in elevator.Besides the smell, everything else worked fine :-)

Good place for banquet. Good food quality &, good servive. Reasonably priced

Been there for buffet, food was awesome and interior of cource was very good, they were having many dishes in buffet and also live counter.

Stay comfortable. Linen good. Washrooms clean. Service during dinner bad. Dinner served before the plates are placed. Water not served. By the time the plates arrived the food gone cold and the papad soggy. Even at the time of breakfast the guy waiting on you forgets he has to get something!!! Ultimately we ourselves had to get it. The food no great shakes. Had to do with the in-house Kitchen as eateries close at 4 outside due to Covid19. Never expected this shoddy experience in a 5 star property.

Had one of the most amazing stay & loved every bit of it. Especially the asian food which was beyond words. A must try for sure❤️❤️

Overall I would say it was an average stay. The basic purpose of my trip with my companion was to spend peaceful quality time at some best place. Hyatt was purely selected on others becoz of we never been to Hyatt First impression is the best impression they say, but here when we entered the lobby area it was all nice till we reach the front desk. Check-in was not smooth at all. We entered the hotel in at around 2:40 PM and got our room keys around 3:15 PM. Had to wait becoz as per them there were some technical glitches when others were getting the room keys thick and fast. What a great feeling u will get when asked Is it Hyatt Regency or Hyatt only u have booked. I think I m educated enough to understand where I m heading and been to many 5 stars, so must be knowing I m at right place with some unprofessional people. That lady I dont want to mention her name was one of the most unprofessional staff I have ever met in any hotels I been.Coming to rooms. Deluxe Rooms r comparatively very small but good ofcourse. Disappointed with the Toilets fits as they were old and not working that great but manageable. I didnt expect old fittings in a 5 star hotel. They got ample time to change all in this lockdown time if they would noticed it.Anyways the saving grace for me was the service and hospitality u get at their Restaurant Eighty Eight. All staffs were well trained and good at their work. You have very limited options in choice of food available but whatever they have its quite good. Had a very good dinner and breakfast with superb service.I would definitely like to come to Eighty Eight again for the food but certainly rethink on selecting Hyatt again.

We booked staycation plan at Hyatt pune in June 2021. Wasnt expecting much, due to the pandemic situation but surprisingly the experience was beautiful. Right from the rooms, cleanliness, hospitality, food everything was just perfect. We enjoyed every moment at the place. Special thanks to staff member Saavi for making it amazing for us.

Definitely not Hyatt class property. And hardly anyone practiced social distancing. They have all stickers and posters about social distancing, but not being implemented. Saw 5-6 people in an elevator, although it was mentioned only three people should go. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Had to wait for 15 minutes for the car to arrive from parking - dont exactly know the reason for delay.Another bad experience was with the breakfast buffet - everyone was touching the same cutlery and there was no one cleaning tables or other areas. A bit scary to be honest - I had read some properties do not allow guests to touch the utensils in which food is kept. There is usually someone to help serve the food.Would not recommend.

Rooms were not that great and were small but clean and the building is huge but it was a bad experiance.My parents and uncle aunty had visited for their anniversary. It was mostly messed up because of the service. The service was not good. We booked a poolview room, got the other one which was smaller. And they did not even properly reduce the price...only -400..which is not the value for that room. And they charged extra for food. When out of 4 only 2 people took buffet they charget for 4 people that too 7k. And the food wasent good either. Did not expect this from Hyatt.

There are three restaurants, a fitness centre, a sauna and a large deck, as well as some lovely gardens. The food at the restaurants is great, with Indian, east Asian and Italian options, though they do not know what a lemon, lime and bitters is.The rooms are good too, big, clean, nicely appointed and overly effective aircon.Free wifi, they have the usual room service, laundry and dry cleaning, car and driver hire etc.I wish theyd paid a bit more attention to detail when finishing it; theres paint drips on the marble and fittings are either not sitting straight or had been installed several times judging by the grout.A footpath out the front would have been nice, too.

Type size and look of room.. in room garden not maintained.Overall not worth the stay.Reply-Its a continuous experience, I am still resident of your hotel and there is no improvement on service at all..1. The luggage bag was damaged by concierge which isnt resolved by anyone.2. The AC are not cooling, someone came to check and left with no resolution.3. Food taste was still bad for day 2 also.4. The room booked is premium garden room where garden is not at all maintained.5. There r no food arrangements for Driver. We were told that driver can book some OYO property and stay. If we were looking for such places then why would we try to stay in a safe property like your in this covid situation. Then they offered dormitory for driver which was option available but was not offered at initial stage. But still breakfast isnt offered to the driver.

It is a very pretty property. I stayed here for my birthday in their garden suite. It’s beautiful! They service is on point. They were very fast with the in room dining also. The staff is very kind and cordial.The fish bowl restaurant on the ground floor has great menu. Overall it was a relaxing and wonderful stay 👍

The place is reasonably priced and being pet friendly is a huge advantage to Pet owners. The staff is warm and despite initial confusion sorted out the situation well. The booking is from Mumbai and was told pet charges will be made which were initially not told despite asking. Please check from front desk to avoid any confusion. Overall a very comfortable place to stay and Total value for money.

I think Hyatt is the biggest and beautiful hotel in whole pune city food was good

It was a strictly okish stay. We went here on valentines weekend for one night. Its mostly for travellers and isnt comfortable if u go here for leisure. The rooms are very small with a poor layout. Small details like the placement of the bed, the height of the TV could have been better. The breakfast spread was great. Service at some points was great and some occasions just ok. The hotel looks pretty though. All in all, I dont think I would go back here for a stay.

Good business class hotel at Pune

This is tidy, friendly hotel that gives good value for money and the location is excellent! I also appreciate that this hotel is linked in supporting youth work and sports, so by staying here I feel like I am supporting these activities in a convenient and practical way, too! Win-win :-)They serve very nice breakfast and the location of the hotel is very good. No complaint from my one night stay with them. I had made use of their paid sauna service before I caught overnight bus to Rovaniemi and that was nice. Thank you for the great services and facilities provided. I am very satisfied.

Quite a bad experience the food taste n quality was not up to the mark n the spread in the buffet was really bad.

Place has seen better days

The food was excellent. We especially enjoyed the Conti food. The spaghetti was a huge hit with my kids. Breakfast was excellent, kids enjoyed the pancakes and English bfast. The pool is well maintained. The staff is excellent. When we were out they left cupcakes and pastries in our room for the kids as a treat.

Everything here is at its best.
