I had a great time here. Very spacious full of greenery, two separate toilets and a balcony. Lift facilities. Owners were very helpful and food was just average. Rest we never had cleaning issues etc. I stayed here in later months of 2019 to 2020. rent might be higher than other places but worth it. They also printed my tickets etc in the office whenever needed.

The pg is good. No restrictions. If you are few friends who are looking for a hostel type accommodation then this is the best pg in hinjewadi. You get all basic amenities in here. And all the extras like tv, ac will be provided after some charges.

Ive been staying here since 3 months. It is a well justifiable price that it costs. All the wanted amenities are being provided. Moreover its a place for the youngsters which makes the living vibe even better. Single, 2 sharing, 3 sharing and 4 sharing rooms available.

HIGHEST COST! This might have been a great PG in the past, but now its worst. They will promise so many facilities which youll never get. No HOT water in room. WIFI wont connect, if it does, no speed. No CLEANING of rooms. Provides PLATES for meals, but food particles and soap stuck in those after they wash it. Promised me to provide study table before 1month which I didnt get till now.Didnt clean previous tenants leftovers, been complaining from 1month. And all those problems I wrote now, I also did write them in a Complaint Book provided by them.

A good decent place to have happy dwelling. Simple & peaceful.

4 sharing :- 66003 sharing :- 78002 and 1 sharing I dont remember. The place is not at all worth the money it takes. The people who work here dont have any manner how to talk. The food isnt that tasty. Rice is not cooked properly. There are various rules and regulations for food and everything. You wont find food if the time is reached. Hot water is available only before 7am or else you will have to take bucket out. For filling water you will have to go all the way to the ground floor to fill water. There are various restrictions like you cant sit on the ground and many more irritating thing. Paying such a huge amount is not at all worth. They will say food is unlimited wait let me clear it... chicken piece is limited you will only get 2 pieces and that 2 piece is usually the left over piece which you get at cheap rate. 2 small neck pieces is what you will get. Aarusha you suck.. educate your staff and make them speak properly to your customers.

Its a hostel for working people. This is for both men and women. They have single rooms, 2 sharing, 3 sharing, 4 sharing and 6 sharing rooms. They provide facilities like wifi, running hot water, washing machine etc. They also have rooms which have private TV, washing machine, fridge and geyser. It is also a good option for backpacker travellers as they provide rooms per daily basis also. They have with food and without food options. They provide food everyday and always on time. Food quality is moderate.

It is a decent place to stay. More like a hostel environment. The only problem here is the food which is very spicy, but this place has food joints around, nearby.

This place is really good for people who want to chill after working hard in office. You dont have to worry about cleaning or anything. Just pack your bags and move in.

I stayed a night. Its nice.

I guess anyone new to Hinjewadi lands at this place. It is clean and serene place to live. You get breakfast and dinner on weekdays and 3 meals on weekends, bearable taste. It has close proximity to iiiit and symbiosis college. There was a khao galli nearby to cognizant but dont know if it it still there. Go check it out in evening or wee hours.

It is costly but better but staff behavior is not good. They need to learn politeness. Hot water is never available. Hot water should be provided in rooms directly as per the rent they demand.What a worst service being provided. Once washing machine is not working they will take ages to repair it or replace it. Also they will taunt that only this floor machine is having problem and all other machines are working fine.Worst service. No proper cleaning.

I am sharing my review about the experience I felt for almost a year.Hostel was placed as PG. No proper response from management on anything, they treat only for money and nothing else..Food is almost from outside only for me and we cant even afford to have any small induction stove as well as it is against their policy. Wi-Fi is very slow and its not up-to the mark..Water quality is Pathetic and one gets itching after bathing and feels sticky on times cloths gets damaged after washing... Washing machine is manual and repair all time..Moreover for two sharing space is very less like single room size where two persons are allowed and cost is very high where one can rent 1 bhk itself..Overall very pathetic PG with high cost and no service....

Cool place to live. Staff is helpful. Food is okay. As compared to other PGs nearby, its one of the best you can find. Economical and is at walking distance from the IT park. Internet sucks though.

Good place to have a temporary housing arrangement for an IT guy who working in hinjewadi. But the feel is like you living in college hostel. Otherwise cleaning and other services are good

Nice place to stay on 3/4 sharing basis. Little bit costly but provides amenities like 24x7 power and some playing stuffs like carrom and table tennis in common. Also it is NOT the place where boy-girl can hangout freely at each others room.

Budget hostel for youngsters. Food is okay as well. Great for people working in Hinjewadi. The manager, Bikranta sir is too good. Any problem you can consult him. Itll be resolved in no time.

Poor place.. no infrastructure... Just a building standing... Dont be fooled by the clean looking floors.. and big rooms.. as its a hostel of IIIT campus taken on lease by aarusha ... They have to keep the floors clean.. but facilities are poor... Extremely poor...

Good PG with basic amenities & having rooms with attached washroom. Girls and boys both can stay here. Quite hard to find it first time as its name is nowhere written but its place on Google maps is accurate and its opposite Radisson blue hotel, just inside that high walled building.

Good place to stay. Only problem you will face is low taste food.

Decent stay. Do not expect anything more from what you already expect from a hostel. Cheap stay, daily hot water, decent rooms with a private washroom for each room, so thats a positive for a hostel, too.Not every hostel has a washing machine, but this does.

Food quality not that good. It is good for corporate and working people, for both boys and girls. But its overpriced Like 8 thousands to 9 thousand indian rupees per shared room. It has ameneties like water cooler, hot water, common Washing machine , room cleaning, and wadrobes. The location of the Arusha homes is very nearner to Hinjewadi Rajiv Gandhi phane 1 IT park and also the symbosis college is nearer to the hostel. The I2IT campus area and Arusha homes are in the same campus. The good thing about Arusha homes is that There are no restrictions like in and out timings.

All the facilities are good except food. Food is really worst. They should prepare it in pg only.... But they get it from outside and the quality is very bad. Rent is bit high.

A great place to live. Fit with all modern amenities like gym, TT, pool table, carrom, open ground, spacious parking and 24 hours power backup. Simply best in pg. The only problem is the entry gate road. It is well behind the main road and not easy to find for first time.

Its a good place to stay in a PG-like environment. But the food sucks big time. Best PG/ Hostel in the neighborhood, for sure.

Best PG or hostel if you wanna live a standard life while its cost is higher than other PG nearby still the facility and environment make it good to stay there . Like playground , Indore and outdoor both ...rooms are big ... while food is not good here so prefer food outside .

Place is awesome to live greenery rooms cleanlines food everything is good. but this is at the backyard of a college so the guards will treat you like a child, dont go here there specially in the college canteen, and above all they wont allow to enter from front gate and daily have to walk for that plus the warden vikram is hell of a man to handle i dnt know why the management is not changing him. He treats the place as if he is owner, he plays a lot of politics. Two of my friends faced alot of problem because of these guys.

Too expensive as compared to others.Yes all facilities are provided like fridge, washing machines, wifi etc. But are they worth?Only two fridge are there which havent been cleaned ever. They smell like hell and people steal things stored there. Washing machines are present at every floor but they all need service. Food is pathetic but then again you should never expect good food from a pg. Transportation is a problem. You have to book ola or uber but then again pune itself has bad transportation services.Complaints are never listened. Your rooms/bathrooms will never be cleaned. You will have to do it yourself. Cooking food is prohibited. Induction cooktop us prohibited. Induction rod is prohibited.But do note they provide many facilities not provided by other pgs like caroom board, table tennis good big park and a very good security.Its quite safe for females.

Food is not eatable at all.Rooms are moderate.Wifi is just 128kBps and for google apps its pretty high till 3to4 MBpsThe other gate has lot of garbage around the road its not walkable at all.

Rooms are clean however internet speed is very very slow less than 60kpbs all time. Dont go with the food option. Also, they will not give your security deposit on time. You need to beg for your own money.

These ones are perfect for a newcomer to this Pune city.They provide rooms on different sharing basis (with or without food is our choice). They provide us with free wifi , hot water,fridge,washing machine . The best part I like is , it is fully secured by guards . And you have two gates , which are both accessible to some food outlets.

Bad food. Manual washing machine. Beds are riddled with bed bugs. You wont get any sleep at night. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Nice pg, rooms are nice and have attached balcony, food is good and bit a little bit pricey. But the one downside is the internet connection provided is very very slow, ypu need to give them Mac address of your pc and mobile in some places like the one in yerwade and the one in Hijewadi they will give passwords, different password to each and everyone and the speed is around 128kbps, ypu can watch youtube in 144p max 360p , It is the only downside.

The worst hostel I have ever seen.Not safe for girls. Management is not good. They do Ragging of maharashtrian girls.
