This place reopened recently! After lockdown.. it has comfy beds and nice ambience.. feels like u own the room at just less cost!Close by to swarget, Cresent school and gultekdi nursing home!

The hotel is not that good. The reception itself looks poorly lit. Though the front office staff was good and cooperative. The hotel has its restaurant at the basement which I guess its never opened. The staff didnt bothered to ask for water also. All the tables were empty with not even a basic table cover and condiments. The hotel has parking facility for upto 4 cars and two wheelers upto 10. Its hard to find the property has the flyover work is in progress and it cannot be easily seen. To sum up I can say it is good for stayovers as there is nothing around to visit.

MY STAY WAS ON 24/25-08-2019 AND HOTEL WAS IN GOOD LOCATION. STAFF WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. HOTEL WAS SPACIOUS, NEAT/CLEAN AND NICE. ITS VALUE FOR MONEY.THEY MAY WORK ON DOOR QUALITY AS SOMETIME ITS DIFFICULT TO SHUT AND OPEN.

Good hotel as well connexted and situated in a busy road crossing. Close by market and entertainment / cinema. Good spread in the breakfast as veg indian / south indian dishes. Friendly staff. Avg rooms, budget hotel for regular travels. I do repeat often.

We stayed for 1 night at Hotel Mint. Overall experience was decent. The hotel is on a main road. There was flyover work in progress right in front of the hotel leading to congestion. We were impressed with the room size and bathroom too was big. Good view of flowers from the hotel room window. Only 2 negatives are inadequate parking space and slightly soiled linen.Recommended for family stay, but pricey for the quality.

My friend and I ate what I consider is the best meal I have ever eaten. The food was excellent. The service was discrete efficient. This restaurant is a cut above the average and I would wholehearted recommend without any reservations whatsoever. Good pricing too.

I have stayed in this hotel on 12/05/2019. With my wife on a business trip to Pune.The hotel was worst facilitated.No TV in rooms. (Set top box was not there, upon 4 repetative request, they said they will arrange, but till checkout it was not arranged. Some employee told us the antena is not there!)No option to have food. Their kitchen was closed.We checked in around 9pm, After a 16 hour long day when we checked there was no option to have a cup of tea coffee. (Seriously, you call it hotel? Even a railway station side 100 rs dormetory has some arrangement)No tea coffee maker.No buckets mugs in bathrooms.Towels provided was dirty and badly torn. Probbaly they were 10 years old. Stinky & smelly.Worst unprofessional service. They even forgot to handover the keys.Breakfast was included. We were served a plate of poha which was available on streets for 10rs that too of better taste. (Coz they dont have cook, so some Waiter coocked himself!)No WiFi.No trash bin floor mat in rooms.At check out, even their Card swapping machine didnt work. I was bound to go to an ATM to withdraw cash.It was a worst ever stay.Even a railway station ac dormatory have more facilities & amenities. Will never recomend to anyone.The property although very posh, rooms are good. But what to do with good room when you dont have any service?.It is a live example what bad/ignorant/arrogant management can do to a good business.If any one from Mint hotel group top management reading this, my suggestion to him/her... Keep the hotel remain close till you sort all the issues.I want my money back.

Good location. easily accessible from my work place in camp area. Wish they had a fully functional restaurant. I had to order food on Swiggy as I checked in late evening. Big bathroom but could be better equipped. room service is good.

Mint salisbury pune Team has proofed themselves a well professional management and top commitment ,i m writing the second review within a time of 24 hours yesterday these time i was very disappointed by there hotel service department but as soon as the report reached to high management they dinnt took much time and changed the complete picture .The time i enter in hotel it was warm greetings with all upto mark room services and top of that they had requested to accept the complimentary dinner with there apologies gestures .I would really recommend anyone to choose such Brand Hotel who dont take there clients for granted but belive in there professionalism and do there duties ! Waste of Money No coffee machine, No Towels , No water Bottle I Had to request him to get me the bottle, There is TV but No DTH Box connected there are only cables hanging down, No Parking Space only 5 Cars can be parked at a time I had to Park it in the middle of the road and walk till 150-200mtrs till the hotel I dont even know if my car is safe over there or not I would have cancelled my booking if they had let me check out the rooms first its late hours 3AM. I could have paid double for just 1 neat and clean room, the washroom feels like some public toilet all floor is wet and smells horrible, never ever Booking again.

Not recommended for any Good Families ... one of worst ever experience in a Hotel.. Dharamshala would have been better option...AC in few rooms not working,Room Keys not available,Door needs to be Break open,Rooms Locks damaged, Fans in few rooms not working.. Manager is extra smart to extract all Booking AMount in advance so you are left we no option but to leave with a GRUDGE only ..

One of the best and most affordable place you can get in Pune. Obviously you wont get a 5star facility. But the rooms are good for the price. I got a room for 2 people including breakfast at Rs. 1600. They dont have a complete in-house restaurant but they do provide food (not much options though). I didnt try lunch or dinner at the hotel so cant review about the food

1} First when we entered the room allotted to us Lights were not sufficient there, only one light was working, hence after complaining they give us another room..2} The another rooms door lock was broken but still working..3} Water bottles were not seal packed, but they told us it is filtered water..4} Tvs Set top box also wasnt working, after complaining, it was changed and working but still many channels werent visible..cleanliness was very good.. also mattress, blanket and towels were neat and clean..

In 2 hours I changed 3 rooms.1 room I got locked because of lach was not working and the room service came from Bathroom window to help which is Not acceptable.. 2nd room there is no window in bathroom..Food is not at all good in this hotel..3rd room floor was not cleaned as there was cigrate packets, cigrate ash..Room service cant speak hindi or marathi properly..Breakfast not allowed in room neither Tea or coffee..Privacy is not there...

I booked room Dec 2018 for (2+1) family, they provided single bed 2 nos. When i ask to reception they said we dont have double bed in entire hotel.single mobile number provided twice on website & No one pic your call.No toiletaries, worst bed sheet, No parking available,Worst Experience. The Hotel Landline was dead and the mobile no provided on the booking receipt was not responding as a result had lots of problems in finding the hotel.The Hotel Mint is not known very much by its name rather it’s more familiar with Hotel Golden Emerald name. The Hotel staff lacks the basic hospitality culture. Basic things like water towel tea bags tea kettle etc is provided only on request. The air conditioner although on 16 degrees was not cooling at all and TATA SKY dish was not recharged even after requesting after 24 hrs they were just exchanging set top boxes from other rooms. The house keeping on OJT were very hard working. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

I asked them to chang bcuz of the road noise they changed to another floor AC DOSNT WORK... I asked the room service guy to rectify he told me to ADJUST. U IMAGINE ADJUST WAS THE WORD I GOT. and no towel if u are going for a meeting in the morn pl call and ask for towel. its will not be placed before in hand. so wait till the towel reaches and no care if u have work.NO 1 LITER WATER BOTTLE HALF LITER ONLY .

Day by day worst to worsen. not at all good stay. intercom not working, switches are hanging very dangerous for children. I stayed in this hotel several times but never ever enjoyed my stay. every time requested for coffee maker and tea bags coffee sachet milk powder. water mixer is continuously leaking.not at all good experience.

It was a terrible experience and the staff was not good and trained.We have been observed in the breakfast lounge. The rat roaming in the platform where the food dish kept and the rats were running here and there and eating food particles from the dish.

Pathetic place rooms were average but the staff is the worst. The room in which I checked in tv wasnt working in that room they didnt sort it out till late 10:30 in the night and gave me another room after I argued for it. The new room which was given to me had no keys it was opened by only master key so Everytime I go out and come back I had to wait for the staff to come and open the door. In the night the place is even more worst no matter what u ask for their reply is sorry there there is no staff. Early on the morning I asked if I could get a toothbrush and toothpaste they no staff to get it. Seriously how are they running the hotel when they cant maintain a staff?
