I am staying in zolo rainbow wakad last 1 year. The all facilities very nice, like free WiFi, Tv, washing machine, heater, filter water, time to time room cleaning. Etc.Food is aslo good. Weekly two time non veg like eggs and chicken.All staff member aslo friendly.2021 Ganesh festival arranged by mr. Ramesh poddar . I Am enjoyed this. That time arrange funy games like Sangit khurchi (musical chair) those memories posted on cmt check this...

This is the best place for living, if you not having roommates to get flat so go for this. Also here organise functions & event.

I have been staying in Zolo property since 3 years, first in Zolo spades and then in Zolo Rainbow. I really enjoyed in Zolo property may it be Zolo spades or Zolo Rainbow. Being in Zolo Rainbow I really liked and enjoyed a lot. I got really good surrounding with unforgettable friends. Talking about the services its good enough and staff members are also co-operative. In short its Avery good property among all the other properties to stay as there is a friendly and family type feeling.

I am staying in Zolo since 3 years and I am very happy staying here. As per my experience in Zolo I have found a friendly surrounding here which is like a family life. Events conducted here are really enjoyable where people come interact more easily.

Zolo rainbow is nice and budget friendly place to stay. Its well located at the central place of wakad with proximity to daily need shops and restaurents. The staff is very co-operative. Covered parking and security is good. Cleaning is being done as per schedule. Breakfast and dinner is included and is of better quality.

This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned alternate days, rooms are spacious, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, free wireless internet in the rooms, with a large screen TV (which was popular most evenings)Breakfast is good and a real bonus is a 8.00pm dinner, which can range from Egg Curry to some lovingly prepared Chicken Curry.The hostel is closed off everyday between 11am and 2pm for cleaning but the mamagement are very flexible on that rule, just inform them first if you need to get some stuff done, but anyway at that time you should be exploring.Its location is Very Premium and its an easy walk to get anywhere but its on a side street, check the free map from the google for Zolo Rainbow follow the directions to get there.&Yes, there is a facility for the guest to stay in the premises on chargeable basis with all the facilities.I stayed in a 3 bed mixed and moved to 2 bed mixed and had no complaints whatsoever - of course reviews like this and the ones below makes this a popular place to stay, I dont think there was one day when this place wasnt fully booked - book early.This place has a very positive aura. Students, working professionals can use it to the fullest.Both Car parking & Bike Parking is available in the premises.Great place to live with a bunch of Crazy heads.I recommend it to the each and every individual.Multiple Bed Sharing option & Co-Living options are available.Services from the Management is superb. They respond spontaneously.Only negative I am sharing here is, no generator is there to keep your head coool during powercuts.

Extremely unhygenic... drinking water coolers have green algae at base.. filters not working.. corporation water poured into drinking water coolers without filtering it.Also the daily usage water tanks are so dirty that when they are about to empty brown water comes from the tapBeware they are either deleting reviews or creating a new business every couple of months to reduce 1 rating numbers and all 5 stars are given by zolo employeespros: Room cleanliness, breakfst, dinner included.. good or bad depends on individuals taste but it is okay..staff is friendly.. online ticket clearance system..wifi..washing machines(most are not working but you will get one).. no scarcity of water

The place and facilities are not as shown as in there website. #the washroom stings ..!! there are better pgs available in this area.Keep this as last a option.

Residential property is good but service offered and actual service is too different. Zolo offers discount during joining as well as customer reference but the difference recovered from various service charges. all of you must know about late payment fee, lunch subscription, light bill etc... most important is light bill.I noticed that there is only show piece meters for independent room / flat. they never share light bill / consumer no. / billing unit with customer. its almost a chain marketing, every customer refer another one for little bit discount.food quality is like almost not bad, the system shows one menu and actual served food is different.there is no one present for grievance readdressing, customer can raise ticket but answer never satisfying customers view.

Currently staying here. There a thousand things to say about it. Just to list down a few. We had a signed agreement which stated our rent. Now in midst of the year they give a notice saying we will have to pay extra for the electricity bill.Out of 7 days in a week there would be water shortage without any notice in the nights. So you are left with no choice but to not use the restroom in the night 😋For drinking water after 9 pm it becomes a scarce entity.They have spent a lot on positive publicity portraying the PG to be a fun place for youngsters , though the basic amenities are pathetic. On top of that you have direct ways of getting your issue addressed. You raise a ticket and you get responses like this is our policy and they close the ticket.Well it seems I only looking at the negatives, however whatever I have stated is just a glimpse of the madness in here.

If you are looking for a place to stay with accommodation and food then this is the cheap and best place as compared to other nearby PG services.Food and water quality is good.Other than this, a lot of facilities are provided.Wi-Fi and television is in each flat.Common/Shared facilities: Refrigerator, washing machine, induction, and dining area.Place is located near the main market where you can find everything of your daily need.

This is really irresponsible and unsatisfactory reply for the electricity bill which was charged 1500 for the single person.Then while asking for the clarification my ticket is being closed without any proper reply.I am very much disappointed as I am living alone at the room and using only my desktop ,and induction but for that is it possible to get a electricity bill of 1500.I need a proper response and a proper clarification that how a single person is charged with this much of electricity bill for the June month.Highly disappointed and really an bad experience.Never thought that on the name of policies they can charge as they want for the electricity bill without disclosure the details.

Not a clean place to leave. Poor zolo pg i visited ever.

Do you guys refund deposited amount or not.and whats the benefit of raising notice before month of leaving.if one stay one day longer then noticed date or fill the exit form 1 or 2 days late took money from deposit.again i know you will took this comment down.there is no zero star option or i ll surely put that for this property and pune management.my notice date was 1 its been 17 days more already when the hell i will be getting my deposit back.already ticket, call customer support, talked with care taker.if any other procedure is left let me know

PG has a wonderful living experience with punctual hard work House keeping with regular cleaning with best facilities Mr.Nimesh Joshi is a caretaker has a good customer caring and good repo with clients.

Simply this is bad PG. I wouldnt suggest this PG. The management and the care takers are worst. They dont know how to respect the customers. I wouldnt even give single ratings for this PG. Bad customer service.

Think thousands time before your stay here. I am dealing problem with bedbugs which is very pathetic. I cant able sleep for one night. They dont care about Service request. For a student may be the not comfortable place to live. Food quality is average. The same food is served every night which is not acceptable. The place is a bit dirty and uncomfortable. Its better to move to another place not here. Hope this helps.

Not safe for girls, area charge went to one girls rooms instead of knocking door. Then, he had been dismissed from PG.Very bad staff, very bad food like that you cant swallow.I wont prefer anyone to stay here..Everything is worst here, just you have to pay monthly payment excluding bill charges before 7th of month, they will make you fool on every service.At every last week of month, you will see drastic changes on every service till 7th of month then everything became worst anyhow.About bill, they always keep the lights on in the parking area, food canteen, washing machine everything and its charges will add in your monthly bills.They just simply make you fool everywhere..I recommend you all not to stay here.....
