Mr ravi is not at all professional at the time of interview he said we will paid half salary to you if we fail to complete our target..after joining 1 week he said i never commited like this there is no polocy like this i told if you will do booking then only you will get salary otherwise 0 salary then after a discussion this person tooked us on payroll commiting that if by chance if we fail to complete our target we will recive half salary then he started giving threats regarding to salary and saying all nonsense things about employees..he is not at all professional i just dont know how company had kept this man in organization..After joining he never gaved us training about our job just took us and showed some 5-6 projects and whenever we ask about projects this person is to tell only about this project.. lack of knowledge he never respects anyone nor employees nor colleagues nor his boss nor customer not developers he will also ask you too pick customer from other developers site and make them negative for thier sites and divert customer to take another if really you want to do work in this company please dont be in his team i would also gave -0.001 star to this person but thank god we got our best team leader who helped us showed as many project he showed us, gave us all information & never thought us wrong things regarding real estate if you want to ruined your career dont be in ravi team
