When I arrived late in the afternoon there was some party going on. I was hungry and they said the kitchen is closed until 4. Their local beer was also over as I guess the folks in the party had gulped it down. The only good part was the music selection at the bar. The next day, however, was more pleasant. I needed a place to sit with a few colleagues and one of their staff helped out with the arrangements quite nicely.The rooms are nice and the food is good. The staff are quite friendly too. Its quite close to the airport as well.

Guys its not worth the whole hype ! Its just Another nice hotel. I had issues with the electricity in my room, there was no power for a while and it took a while for the maintenance to sort it out. The power tripped at night amidst my sleep and had to get it sorted again.Was told it was due to the defective hairdryer which was replaced only in the morning.Breakfast buffet passes as good.Fresh juice, donuts, croissant,More vegetarian items,omlet and sausage provided on request.Overall cleanliness and hygiene is good 👍 stay was good minus the power issue .

Not best deal in the range of Hotels.- Reception staff is not helpful and also, not trained well in work. Printed incorrect bill statement multiple times.- Breakfast taste is just satisfactory. However, menu is same daily.- Not following usual norms of Star Hotels. Every room service bills need to be settled immediately and no option of final bill settlement.- Television not working properly.

The first day I checked into the hotel I had requested a twin bed room and instead of informing me that they dont have a twin bed room available they just directly put me in a Normal room with a queen size bed ... That was not a really big problem.. but then when I went to the room it was not cleaned well by the house keeping and there was literally food of people staying the room before me outside the door . When I asked them to clean it they took 2 hours and three calls to get it done .then when I entered the room the room was kind of drity the Lenins had marks on it and the bathroom has a very bad smell that made it intolerable .which instead of cleaning they just kept spraying something everytime I called to mask the smell. Then when I complained again at the front desk they said they dont have any rooms available . That room was so bad that it could not even be classified as a two star if they tried. They took a whole day of me complaining to change the room ... And did it as if they were doing me a favour. Also the house keeping and room service staff is very slow and 3 times out of four the call to room service or front desk goes unanswered.

One of the event attended , staff was very polite and helpfulCleaned and safety measures found adopted.Things which I noticed1. In Female washrooms light was not there which was very surprising . ( Near to our hall)2. About Food taste , snacks was very tasty ( Samosa and Chilli Paneer) . However main course was not upto the mark

Service by staff was a plus. Rooms and Bathroom were spacious. AC cooling needs improvement as room temperature does not go below 23 any time during day/night.Hot water in the shower is not hot enough.Buffet breakfast has good spread. Dinner Buffet met expectations.

Two words to describe my experience would be a Decent stay.Property has a Modern decor, Clean & Spacious rooms, comfortable bed.Missing on couple of things though. Firstly the bathtub is missing although if you see it has enough space to fit it in with ease in the bathroom, if thats important for you and second thing the TV size is way too small, probably its a 24 inc TV. Now thats way too small by given standards nowadays where we get to see at least a 40 inc TV at other similar properties.These things do matter if your pourpose of visit is leisure and not buisness.The internet speed is good and you can rely on it if you want to work from the hotel or attend any meetings or stream any media on otts like netflix,prime video or youtube, it will work without buffering.The In room dinning menu has quite a spread to choose from,we did order a veg biryani and it was delicious.The service felt a little on a slower side though.Overall to summarize a decent & bang for buck option.You can definately try it out.

Staff lack the basic etiquette of saying thank you here.. smiling at the guests is totally non existent. The 5 star warmth is absent. Nobody to even hold the doors open or close once the guest leaves the hotel. Fit to be a 3 star hotel.

Very Bad Hotel. Apart from being no smoking hotel where you have to go down for a smoke every time their food is sub par. I mean their pizza is like one of those Pizzas which you get at Sukh Sagar Chowpatty and they charge 500+ for that. You wont believe it they messed up an orange juice. These mad guys call themselves Sheraton but they are like the Duplicate Abbibas and not the real Addidas.Bad Hotel, Stupid Hotel, Bad Food, Over Priced. I will not recommend this hotel. Ig you stay here eat outside, lots of options available. Dont even try the Cocktails.

I will be talking about The Eatery by Sheraton Four Points. Superb hotel, havent been to aparts though. Hotel is good, deserves a five star.Excellent quality food. Must visit once.They lost a star just because the number of starters is too low! Just 1 veg and 1 nonveg starters.

We had hosted our baby shower event at Four Points Sheraton, Nagar Road, Pune. Our experience was just fantastic. We were impressed by the hospitality of the hotel staff, food, cleanliness, social distancing guidelines followed at the property and a lot of things.Our guests enjoyed their time at the property too.I would specially want to mention Sandra who coordinated with us since the planning of the event and until we had left the property. Santosh was with us on the event date and made sure of the smooth functioning of the event. Both of them did their job very well and made sure our event was a success.Thanks a lot team Four Points Sheraton!

Great property at good price. The food spread in buffet breakfast was really good. I asked for Cheese Paratha for my daughter, which was not in the menu for the day. Though the cook was so generous and he considered our request for the child.Hotel staff is so helpful & friendly. Though, the in-room services were bit late, but I can understand as it seems to have limited staff by Hotel due to covid scenario, like other hotels.But one thing for sure was shocking & irritated me, that when I asked for empty cutlery set for outside food in my room, I was told that its on chargeable basis. I paid for the cutlery, which I heard first time ever in my 20 years of traveling. This policy was recently introduced by the Hotel management, sounds ridiculous and shows the cheapness by the reputed brand like Four Points. Overall its good experience being our second time stay in this property.

Currently (covid situation) if you are a beer guy only available is Kingfisher Ultra..😞 that too 330ml was lukin for Budweiser Rest but alas..Ambience is fine just leave your problems behind and have a drink.. enjoy the flow and songs... Attending guys are very much obedient.. Rice quantity is heavy you can try if no of people are more..

I was here for an official trip in pune.Stay has been comfortable but the best part was the breakfast,not because of the good food but because of the staff service and hospitality.Mr.Nilesh and the other girl at the entrance of the food court were fantastic.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days during my official visit to Pune. This was my first ever stay in this hotel and i am not fully satisfied with it or the stay was not as per a 4 star hotel.Hotel is located very close to Pune airport and right on the main road. Malls nearby are good.During check in the reception guy asked for my credit card to scan it and store the details for later use to which i objected regarding security issues and later he agreed to not to take it.Room size was OK.It had 32 inch TV, twin beds, electric kettle, tea and coffee sachets, and mineral water. Washroom was clean and hot and cold running water was available. Room quality and ambience was just like any 3 star hotel. I have stayed in many 3 star hotels and this hotels room was nothing different from them.I had complimentary breakfast and dinner included in my stay.Breakfast had good varieties and spread was good with juices, sweet dishes, cut fruits, dosa and other dishes.Dinner spread was ordinary as i am a vegetarian it had few varieties of vegetarian dishes and was disappointing for me. only 2 types of starters were there and in main course 2-3 types of dishes were there. However there was a good variety of desserts.Overall dinner was not that much good in taste and had less varieties.Hotel had swimming pool, spa and gym facilities also.Overall an average stay

Extra Bed was not proper. It folded as I slept on it. Later it was replaced but history repeated itself. Finally, I myself locked the bed wheels properly to rectify the issue. At the time of checkout the Pos Machine was not working properly. Also they accidentally charged rs.11200 in place of rs.1120. ( Later Reversed the transaction) . Not expected from 5 star property 🤣.

Stayed here before with my family and now visited in Aug’2021 for a night stay on business travel. Good hygiene and safety protocols. Great bar with excellent beer and food like goda masala onion rings and cheese bread loaf.The in room dining options are also good. Safe for family stays and close proximity to airport makes it a good place to stay for business as well.Staff was very accommodative and helpful.

I had booked for 3 adults for King size bed room with extra mattress . However at the reception I was told they had got booking for only 2 adults and hence the room prepared for us was a twin single bed room. On insisting we were allotted a room of our choice after a ten minute wait. Again, amenity kit was provided only for 1 person. We were provided with kits after multiple calls to room service. Overall the room service was not prompt. There were food stains on the table too. Temperature check was done promptly at the entrance, but wearing of masks were not enforced at the restaurant especially during breakfast. Nobody maintained social distancing either. However the dinner and breakfast was excellent. Breakfast had many options. Overall the stay was pleasant. If you looking for a premium experience then this place may not meet expectations. But if value for money is the criteria then this place is recommended.

If I had more than 5 stars I would give it 100 stars . This is without any doubt the best hotel we have in pune . Their entire team is just amazing. It is a great hotel at an excellent location. Unfortunately, they treat you differently if you book through online websites. Food is great too. Surprised to notice that basic things like comb, dental kit were not set up prior to chekin. For everything we had to make a call to room service which was very slow. Till checkout I did not receive extra water bottle I asked for.Food was great. IMFL package was a good deal. Bathtub Jacuzzi was clean.

Situated in Viman Nagar Pune near Airport Road..Four Points Sheraton by Marriott is one of the best 5 star hotels situated in Viman Nagar..As far as the accomodation goes the rooms are best in standard hygeine and covid protocols and are neat and tidy...Wearing mask and sanitization is required..As far as food goes..the in Dinning menu has a lot of options in Salads..Veg NonVeg Chinese..Indian..Italian etc.. good in quality and taste...If you want to go for buffet in Lunch/ Dinner it has a lavish spread of Indian cuisine with salads...starters..maincourse...pasta.....desserts..live counter which serves veg and non veg items ..the breakfast also has a lavish spread of South Indian ..Maharastriann..like misal..usal..wada..Food is good quality and quantity with applicable 5 star rates...Other facilities like pool and spa are closed..only gyms are open..Only minus was room service was not upto the mark could be better..Overall good experience

Clean and Tidy Rooms.The staff behaviour was good, cause nowadays even at 4 star and 5 star properties you come across not so acceptable behaviour from the staff, but that was not the case here.The room service is poor and slow.The media unit i.e. the TV in room is just 22/28inches.Would have been ok if it was a business hotel but a good amount of people stay at 4 points for leisure and in that case the 22/28 inch TV just doesnt do the justice.The Food is yum, you should definitely try it out.Overall a very nice play to stay at.Would definitely recommend it.

Very unhygienic restroom on the 1 st floor Peshwa conference hall. No routine cleaning is done.. Never expected such situation in a 5 star hotel.. Though I was not there for a stay ,just came to attend an exam ,but looking at this i would never choose four pionts for stayover.

The worst place ever.I thought of taking my family to a wonderful breakfast on a Saturday morning and experienced the worst service and food ever.The food is totally pathetic. They boast of a buffet breakfast but they give totally dry, tasteless and stale food.I tried each and every item and was disappointed with everything. Lets start with the bakery section. Cinnamon doughnut, muffin, croissant and banana cake. All were dry. You need coffee gulp to push it down your throat.Now lets talk about cheese omelet, I ordered a double cheese omelet and there wasnt any cheese. Pancakes were served without honey or syrupNow the south Indian cuisine. Totally disaster. Bonda was so chewy, idli was flavour less, masala uttappa and masala dosa was so bland, sambhar was like some hot water with boiled veggies.North Indian cuisine- I ordered poori bhaji and paneer paratha, poori was so hard that I had to chew real hard and bhaji was again boiled potatoes. Paneer paratha was the only good thing there.Theres no concept of good coffee but machines made coffee, which you get 100 times better from local coffee shops.The service was again the worse. There were no one to tend to you, or even clean the tables. I know its help yours policy there but atleast there should be enough staff to help you find cutlery and clean tables.I totallywasted my money on such disastrous food they called as buffet.

I was bit disappointed as it was crowded and chaotic due to marriage at the hotel during our stay. Seems hotel has less staff as I could observe staff performing multi tasking. Reception guy leaving reception desk and bringing luggage of guest from rooms and asking for Valet person for car. Both lunch and breakfast buffet menu need improvements. I think hotel need to tightening of Covid 19 protocols among guests visiting hotel while they are within hotel.

Pure business class hotel. So would not recommend for people who are planning for vacation. Staff is less currently and not at all attentive. We had to carry our luggages ourselves to our room and back when checking out. It was bit dissapointment. Buffet was fine not that tasty. Atleast restaurant staff was attentive. Being a Marriott Bonvy member I expected the Marriott class of service in terms of hospitality, security and sanitisation. I had booked a 550 square feet apartment they had upgraded me to the 750 square feet apartment which was great because the earlier room had some foul smell they were quick to respond and changed the room full points for that . My package included breakfast and dinner , the buffet dinner has very limited choices one veg and one non veg starter and two main courses each and a veg soup , the food did not seem that fresh didn’t enjoy the meal at all , same problem with the breakfast the options are extremely limited specially if you’re a non vegetarian I was extremely shocked on the staff not being able to even coordinate service I had called for eggs and toast the eggs come first followed by toast which comes after 20 mins so either your eggs go cold or you finish them off . The staff on the live counter who was making the omelettes in refined oil that also without salt ( I had asked because my I take my omelettes seriously) something that was really shockingexpected high quality ingredients to be used here even the bakery items were not fresh in the breakfast . Please note that gyms are not functional at this place so in case you plan to workout during your stay that would not be possible however they have a open garden with nice air so you can probably squeeze in a small workout there but not sure how clean is it I saw few disposable mask throw around in the garden . In terms of security I am not really sure of this place either . A family member of mine had gone out shopping a staff member offered to carry the bags up which was a nice gesture but kept on inquiring about when are we leaving where are we from and what have we shopped which seemed extremely strange to my family , On the way down to the lobby the same staff member was in the lift and kept trying to find out information about me and also was trying to confirm the room number which seemed extremely strange to me ,we also had a extra bed put in the room which was uncomfortable my father had to call the concerned person at least 6 times and than finally he had to go at the front desk and talk to have an extra mattress put .same was the case with television there was something wrong had to call the person 6-7 times finally had to go to the front desk for help , The service is a slow without doubt probably due to the higher occupancy , another thing that was really shocking was there is no staff members in common areas such as elevators, buffet counters etc asking people to follow COVID appropriate behaviour such as wearing a mask got a serious scare when someone had entered the elevator without the mask and coughed I have used my Marriott membership at other hotels too and the hospitality and sanitisation norms at those place were extremely good and spot on . If you want a big room this is definitely the place for you but it has the above mentioned compromises
