Very Bad Experiance When I Purchesed Cable Worth 799/-Same Cable Rate In Hadpsar 399/-400/- ExtraSuch A Loot This

I called the given number and inquired about the redmi TV as I desired to purchase it on the same day and I exactly dont know to whom I talked to but he is a bit straight forward and very rude, he needed me to be on hold and he started talking to some other dealer regarding the product and later he told me that I can get the TV, but he will not deliver and told me that he will call me back and guess what I did not get his call again, I waited so long and this shows he clearly held no interest in the business.I have a request if you cant meet the request of the customer at least acknowledge the same and not be rude.

Fraudukent parts and Low quality service....I gave my xplay for changing screen on monday 30 April.I was told to collect it next day..I went to the store to collect it then they told its not ready and asked me to come the next day...when i went to the store to collect the mobile on saturday i was told that its notbready. .finally i collected my phone after screen change ...After moving out of the store when i was putting onbthe back cover the screen along with the tempered glass broke..The new screen couldnt take d impact of my finger pressing ..it means the new screen was of duplicate quality ....when i approached the store they told me thatbthey cant do anything for physical damage...i had paid 3500Rs for the screen change and 300 rs for tempered glass..The new screen was so fragile that it couldnt even take a mild finger press...the store owner misbehaved saying that i had dropped the phone and was lying to him..Moreover the store owner refused to give me any receipt or bill which simply shows that they are running a fraudulent business ...
