Very poor experience in reliance digital, their sales person dont know about the products, very unclear about 5he stock. I think they need to hire clever and knowledgeable people.

Very nice place for variety of products but some items doesnt have good discount as compare to other super market. But here you will have more varieties of some of the products.

If I comment over products availability its quite good as most of the products are available and my experience was good enough here with products, but customer handling was not upto mark. I booked IFB oven and paid the complete amount and even updated about the date but on the day of delivery the person who was handling was sk lazy that he took almost 3 hours to finally check out the product.Other than this everything was fine here.

Good place with great deals. When you compare the pricing with Croma or Vijay Sales you will definitely get some great deals here. Well trained staff who help you with decision making but needs improvement in the audio section especially headphone and ear pods. They need to be well aware and updated with the latest technology. Otherwise overall a good experience.

Generally provides fruits and vegetables at reasonable rate. Stocks are fresh at beginning of the week. You can walk right in and get a to z for your house in a single visit. Its spacious as well. Provides good offers on almost everything regularly.

Had really bad experience. I visited 1st time i thought they will help but i was wrong.First they waited me a lot after they never assist you on time...I purchased a laptop from there and didnt give me laptop box and they were give me anothe laptop charger how could i use that charger how cheap minded person and they were saying i will work with your laptop .Buddy mai yaha laptop purchase karne aaya kaam nahi chalana mekko... how can you give me any charger..?kuch bhi yaar...

In and around aundh you can shop for your monthly groceries, every product has discounts, u need to check the expiry dates of eatable items. It has an electronic store , the product pricing are reasonable and u cant expect to negotiate here. The trends stores on second floor have clothes at reasonable rate but not really trendy.

Though 2 of these stores are within a distance of 1 km between them, I would prefer this one. The appliances on display are more appealing compared to the other. Moreover since this is located in the Reliance Smart compound all shopping needs are under one roof. Coming to the availability of products, the range is almost similar to the Tata Enterprises store in Aundh. Pricing of products - not a major difference with competition. Some products are slightly higher priced and some are lower priced. Majority have the same price. So it all depends on what you want to purchase. Reliance Digital has better offers and tie-ups, I guess.

Attentive staff.

Pathetic service. We ordered a washing machine. We got the washing machine a day later. When opened the packaging, we found that the manufacturing company had pasted a “defective” sticker on the product.We denied the product and went to reliance to report this. The service executive asked us to wait two more days to get the product.Reliance is basically not checking it’s products prior to delivery and is not giving proper response to it’s consumers.

One stop shop for all your needs with good offers. One note of caution is to check your bill in detail. The cashiers usually make a lot of mistakes and you might not get the offer benefits or non purchased items may be included in the bill.

Actually the products are good there and contains lots of variety to. But I buyed one laptop from there of76k but not got sufficient discount and accessories also service was not good they said you get ur laptop in half hour and after some time they said not today tomorrow u will get they waisted my time for waiting and I lost my happiness moment

I visited Reliance Digital to buy a home theatre system.Fortunately I got the best deal got 50% off on the product and they have there own service team as ResQ.Loved it.

Its a big enough store for one stop shop for your electronics needs, no other big place in nearby vicinity. You can find all from phones to ACs and refrigerators etc. The sales staff is willing to help though most of them have inadequate product knowledge. Its situated in the first floor above Reliance One and next to Westend Mall. The place is easy to move through with less crowd. Parking available at basement for cars and motorbikes, wheelchair entrance available too.

This reliance digital is just a small part of actual mall Reliance Mart .. that has biggest part of grocery.. then clothing and then Consumer Electronics called reliance digital...This digital is not as big as VSP as reliance has another separate Reliance Digital in Aundh itself..So this place serves as a quick shopping guide for consumer electronics or if you wanna pick something up when youre in mall for groceries or clothing...Service is fine and theyve got wide range of products also finance is provided...Cash cards accepted...Parking is ample but charged..

Dont ever ask the personals for any info about the products. They dont have any info right. I was said a headphone as wireless which turned wired when opened. And you can only open a product once paid. Dont expect refund. Offcourse exchange will work after extra payment

Very limited option in reliance digital. Mostly cheap quality products. Went to buy a toaster , in display they had MorphyRichards toaster which was around ₹4000. At same config they also had Pigeons toaster for ₹799. But they didnt disply that. The salse guy told me ₹799 product is available when I asked if there are other range products available or not.
