Pune. 4December 2009: iStore by Reliancedigital, Indias largest Apple Premium Reseller Chain and the high-end consumer durable and information technology arm of Reliance Retail announced the launch of its two stores in Pune city. Located at Jewels Square Mall and FC Road, iStore by Reliancedigital houses the entire range of Apple products for the professional and consumer segments.To celebrate the launch, Anusha Dandekar and her sisters of the desi musical group DMAJOR performed live at the FC Road store. Belting out Hindi and International hits and songs from their latest album, the group enthralled audiences at the opening with the crowd grooving to their music till late evening. DMAJOR consists of three sisters, Anusha, Shibani and Apeksha from Australia. Anusha Dandekar is the very famous VJ for MTV India and Bollywood actress. Shibani has hosted several TV shows and has also worked behind the scenes and in front of the camera in modeling and fashion shoots. Apeksha has a prominent singing background and has released a Hindi album, Ikraar.

Wouldn’t give them even a single star if I could. The worst store in terms of service. Incapable staff who were least interested in fixing the issue. They are totally dependent on their so called “diagnostic tool” which returns rubbish. Would recommend a local store near my house for any repairs. Unexpected from a brand such as Apple.

The services are not upto the standards of Apple. They need to be more welcoming in nature for customers. They seems to be uncomfortable with the visitors. They want that every visitor should buy something but this is not the reality. Some of them come to check products. And you will not find all Apple accessories here

Pathetic response and zero consumer friendliness..... wanted to buy a macbook pro and so decided to visit the shop , waited for 15 - 20 mins but there was no sign of any person willing to attend to us .... upon being called they kept on telling 5 mins , was also refused on goving the feedback book or form .

As everyone is saying their behaviour is not good, a bit rude. But then friends, iStore sells apple products at lower prices unlike any other reseller so cant complain.

Worst istore i have ever seen, igot a minor problem in my iphone with out checking they are saying replace the phone by paying 25k .i fixed the repair with 400 rs in local mobile stores worst coustmer service

Why dont u guys understand this is apple authorised reseller not service center,so if they helping u to solve some issue thats yr luck and abt replacement u must read apple term and conditions(even iphone charging port isnt repairable just use insurance to replace new iphone)btw go in apple service center if u have big issue with yr apple product.i am sure they will give u better solution :)

Please DO NOT buy any product from this store. I bought a Retina display iMac which had a default spoilt screen. When I told them about it there was no aid or device replacement offered by the store. I had to take it to service centre for no fault of my own and get the screen replaced. The new screen isnt alligend correctly and has gaps. It has been the worst experience.

There is only one customer representative at this store who dosent give a damn about the customer and dosent know half the things related to Apple products. Pathetic!!!

Dont visit this store for any kind of repairing. I have a very worst experience with my Mac Book Air they took many day and always saying tomorrow, day after tomorrow n so on... and they not having enough knowledge choose some other iStore not this one..

Pathetic experience. Felt cheated. ChargedRs 1100 for just cleaning the reciever end of the phone with a brush. Staff was also reluctant in writing the description on the bill.
