Best in class Quality..!🤗🤗1. Construction Quality is way superior as there is no filling in between bricks. As per Engineer they have used kind of chemical as adhesive and hence no filling needed in between bricks.🙄 You can refer pictures.2. Earthquake resistant building has cracks in almost every wall. No wonder it stands still in rains and you can be proud of seepage.😜3. Although there is delay in fixing issues they do it as temp fix. Cracks in my house were fixed 3rd time in last 2years which proves they do give consideration for repeated fix which repeats in 6 months time.😤4. Do not get influenced by sales people as we were promised ample of amenities and that there exists well in the society premises but agreement talks about that we cannot claim it as it is not property of the society.🤐Warning ⚠️1. If you have purchased flat already, do not engage in any society expense related discussions or business before proper handover. Otherwise they will fix a deal with whoever is involved in handover and put entire onus on you to avoid their responsibility of proper handover.🤫2. You should be ready for harrasment as they may switch off your electricity connection if ever you try to question them.🤯3. Ground staff doesnt have any customer handling experience.4. Once you have paid booking amount youre done with special treatment.All the best...

It’s kind of good place to live in, mixed communities people are living here, all religions are respected and accepted here no restrictions or constraints.

The society is clean and livable. However parking is very limited. The construction and quality is good. It feels almost very interior as it is away from main track. Public standard seems to be a little rural. Not so many options to buy groceries and vegetables in close vicinity.

Location, layout of flat are really good, amenities are ready, 3 stars are for that but construction Quality is doubtful. Demo flat is having some wall cracks in its bathroom. Sales executives are doing good. Separate parking charge is quoted,I think as per rera it shouldnt.

Society is good but builder cant provide water. Location is good. Amenities provided are to be taken care of.

Plss Think before buying these property even the property tax which sholud be paid by builder as per norm has not been paid every one in society has receive the pmc tax sheet Pls check all thing before specially maintaince

I am resident of ARV Royal sience 6 months back. I have an issues with water supply in bathroom it smelling faul from 3 months back,. we took followed up many times hut no one took responcibilities about this. plumber checked it 3 4 times but they do not took any action against it. engineer just tolarat my problems too many times.

Very good society under construction. Flats are as per needs of a standard sizes. Not much extravaganza but a cool place in handewadi

Quality of construction is very poor. We found so many cracks on wall, leakage issues and hollow sound on wall. maintenance department is not responding to our complaints.

BACHELORS PARADISE! When you enter the society, you see a big signage stating no BACHELORS, foreigners or students allowed! But many BACHELORS have made this place a hell.. landlords are giving flats on rent to BACHELORS. No one to look after also it is remote hardly you reach there after so much of traffic struggle. Opt only if you badly need a place to stay if no option. Ruckusful society would not reccomend at all especially becoz of the BACHELORS putting up here

From day 1 - Poor construction quality as in rainy season most of the flats are having issues. Even after complaint there is no follow ups. added to this poor power failure planning as lift’s are not working all the time after power is gone.Update 1- internal walls are very weak. Whenyou drill you will see only putty. Try it yourself.Update 2 - ARV is team needs flat number to resolve issues. Cant they find out how many flat that have with Nitesh. There are several complaints made but its like slow death of alissues. Till now I have sent 30+ email to customer care.I am attaching some pictures of my flat quality and rework which is done 3rd time and still not completed.

Wrost civil work

Foul/bad smell & air come from combod & also in washrooms, No one giving response.. pathetic service from customer care.. hard water choking your water tabs.. parking not provided from last 2 years..

Nice society. Few are shops open. Security guard available all the time. Still under construction about to complete the project.

Have all essential facilitiesgym,swimming pool and game roomPark for children and lawn good for birthday parties and small ceremonies.

Its a beautiful project on Handewadi Road. Flats are well designed as per the area alloted. The. Slow pictures are of the sample flat as the flats are still under construction.
