We have purchased in this apartment.Prime location property. Exactly on Baner road and near to Balewadi high street. Upcoming metro station nearby.Builder is very professional.Mr.Dhirendra Singh and Ms.Radhika are understanding, helpful and responsive.Construction quality is top notch. Interior / common area layouting and designs are at par with any premium projects in Pune city. Satisfied with Amenities as well.We recommend this project to other home buyers.

Nothing but a marketing gimmick all the other reviews are by estate agents and hence misleading. Property is good, spacious but they ammenities are just for the sake of it.
