He was always approachable and provided support even on the out of scope work of homelane. He also resolved our additional requests/concerns in a very prompt manner. We are extremely happy with the product and services by Homelane.Would use them myself for any future needs and hence wouldnt mind recommending them to others as well for any interior and refurbishing needs.

HomeLane has been doing some great work in the field of home improvement and they have gained significant momentum over last few years. However, home improvement is a very delicate area and not everyone has mastered the art of complete customer satisfaction. I will list down the positives first, followed by the improvement areas.Positives -1. Responsive, Polite and Cooperative staff.2. Superb quality of material.3. Plethora of designs to chose from.4. In-depth involvement of the designer and the project manager.5. Brand name (not sure whether this counts 😉)Improvement areas -Its not been a year and the amount of issues that have cropped up are humongous.1. Quality of workmanship. Great quality of product doesnt always deliver the best final result. For that, quality of work has to complement the quality of product.2. Execution time. A big let down. They will make you wait till eternity to handover the home.3. One free service within 6 months. They play smart here. Majority of the issues crop up after 6 months and the gullible customer has to pay for the services.While availing my free service, I highlighted few glaring issues (pics attached) to the technician and he simply raised his hands saying you should have highlighted these issue before taking over. Is it really possible to notice all the defects within a couple of months. Thanks to the snail pace of delivery, the customer is usually in a hurry to take possession and but obvious many issues are overlooked. Customer comes across the issues gradually while occupying the flat. Just see the attached furniture images wherein the gaps have not been sealed. If any important document slips through, God help you.4. Outsourced vendors for which they overcharge. Almost all of the jobs are sub let to local vendors who are your run of the mill kinds. You end up paying more than the market rates just for the brand HomeLane even though the vendor is not the best. (Please refer the false ceiling images to understand). Even the strip lights installed on false ceiling are no more working (even though the lights and adopters are ok).5. Overlook minor technicalities. I have got runners in my false ceiling. And on those runners, small cob lights are installed. The groove cutting has been completely wrong for which the focus of the lights drops elsewhere and not on the wall. Defeats the purpose.6. Very limited scope of customization. They have some fixed designs around which they make the tweaks. Thats it.

It’s now almost a year that we have used the product delivered by Home Lane. It was an amazing experience with Homelane. They provide budget friendly solutions to our interior needs. The best part is that you do not have to deal with the workforce and get behind them daily to complete the tasks on time. The entire thing was seamless and very professional. I have been dealing with HomeLane over the Past 2 months. And the more i get into it, more I am regretting the decision.Following is what my experience has been. I had chosen Homelane based on the no. of positive reviews. So I know that reviews matter. Here goes -1. We are not satisfied with the limited laminate options within the wooden laminate category. At the time of choosing our design partner, we were pleased to see Marino as HomeLanes brand partner, assuming that well be able to get a laminate of our choice. As we struggled to find good options within the HomeLane catalogue, we felt even more misled upon finding that we HAVE TO choose one from the limited Marinolam options provided by HomeLane. And that, procuring any other laminate, even from Marino, is just not possible. It will be against HomeLane warranty and HomeLane will not be able to fulfil their 10year service warranty commitments.2. Out of lack of choice, we did finalise one Clammy Samsara Maple from the HomeLane catalogue itself, provided it is used horizontally, meaning the wood grains be aligned horizontally, for better aesthetics. Aesthetics is the sole reason we chose HomeLane as our Design partner in the first place. BUT, now we are told again, that using the laminate in any custom manner is also not possible.Seeing as how many T&Cs HomeLane has put across for their customers, I am beginning to regret the decision to work with HomeLane in the first place. There seems to be no flexibility and very limited scope for customisation in the designing your own kitchen.I am yet to get a clear and satisfactory reason for the 2nd Point, as in why the laminate can not be used horizontally. Not to mentioned the several other issues we faced working with HomeLane, from the kitchen being semi-modular to counter weight bearing which would again result in forfeiting product warranty, some laminates that we also liked, having mismatched edge binding, and that nothing could be done about it. All these experiences have resulted in spending more time and money on every little thing than we had expected to save on while choosing HomeLane in the beginning.To HomeLanes Credit, they were super quick to respond to our initial query. They shared a rough 3D mock up of the kitchen and quotation with in a day. This made us move fast too and close the deal quickly.But in hindsight, that seems to be a mistake.At the moment I am still fighting with them over the Laminate custom usage, while also considering cancelling the order.Will post an update in the future may be.

We have used the services recently for our new house. Here are the positive and Need improvement reviews.Positive-----------They are the only vendor who visited us during pandemic and more over with the budget we have. This is the good part of this vendor. They have completed timely with all the required interiors as planned. Material use was good and looking nice. Design is okay as we also work hard in finalizing design.Improved area.-----------------------Logistic department need improvement as due to poor execution i have to travel many times to collect materials at site. Cleaning service need improvement as few areas are not cleaned. Very poor cleaning like switch board and color stains area. few electrical box are patched and no wow factor in it.it is not e2e. 50 percentage tension customer need to carry for third party management.

I have used services from Homelane for my kitchen, wardrobe, lofts and TV unit.Detailed work beginning from proposal to design finalisation - I liked the approach, though the process is a bit time-consuming. Quite content with the overall outcome. They dont compromise on quality aspects and try to fulfil all your queries.I feel that things could have been expedited in terms of installation.Edits after 6 months of use 20/8/2021 --After handover, we moved to our new home after 4 months.Found that plates not fitting in the plate module and in Cup and saucer module, even the standard sized saucer is not fitting.Its been over a month Im following with HomeLane Care team but nothing firm came from them. They are just saying someone will get in touch with you but no one ever does.The care manager I was in touch with for the last 1 month just gave me another persons contact number and now I have to follow up with him.Will update again once I get the resolution.Be cautious guys!!

Pathetic service. Unprofessional behavior. Highly not recommended.I bought a tall unit and furnished a kitchen with them. Tall unit worth around 50k is un-usable. They made it worse by service and now they say service is done and for any new visit they will charge 750.Warranty is a sham. They hire unprofessional 3rd party vendors to do every task.Beware. Say no to such corporate Haux.Learning for life. But this cost me a huge sum.Thinking of going to Consumer court against them.

Dear All,please think twice while giving your home in Homelane Hands. They will mess up all the things.In our case we got fooled. They took almost 4 month to finalize the interior design & that too only with their standard modules. No flexibility at all. They are interested only to sale their standard boxes. To fit that boxes we have to adjust our requirement. But they will not adjust at all.After 4 months of discussions only we have decided only to take kitchen done with them as we have already paid advance to them and it is non refundable. So we gave order for kitchen only.After order confirmation & 50% payment they took almost 5 weeks to give material at site. When we saw the material at site the material colour was different. Again we have to take it up with company. The good part is they accepted their mistake. But again they will take months to change the panels with correct colour. So almost 7 months only for kitchen work.For shifting of Kitchen sink they gave us the drawing as per their design. Our plumber followed the exact drawing as per Homelane inputs. But at last they come to know that they have given wrong dimensions. and now the sink & tap is not matching with each other. So again there will be rework of concealed piping which is again headache for us. But homelane just say single word that its by mistake.So please please please think multiple times before going with Homelane.

So we got our home interiors done by Homelane viman Nagar pune. The designer assigned to us was Akshata and shes a perfectionist . Your eyes can ignore something unfinished but she makes sure everything is perfect .She is dedicated and diligent in her work . She helps you find the perfect piece of decor for your dream home . She is always a call away . The project manager was Fuel and I must say these guys keep you updated and work on the minutest of minute things . They make sure everything gets done as per your requirement . The project timeslines got delayed due to the lockdown in pune but trust me , the pune head personally called me to know where the work was stuck and how the things can be worked out . The CEO of the company responded to our twitter escalation . I am very happy that I chose homelane where everyone is approachable even the CEO Srikanthy who assured us that inspite of the lockdown he will make things work. It is difficult to find such amazing professionals in these times. I will definitely recommend Homelane to the people around me .Thank you homelane for giving the home of our dream!!

Homelane (Pune) team did tremendous job overally from design phase (Harshala: continuous endorsement of our inputs and changing design) to installation (Ram Dongare: timely survey of installation process and quality maintenance of each item). Monika managed all these activities quite well despite being in backend.

Homelane was given a turnkey project to include almost everything in a raw flat of 3600 sq ft. Their designer planned out the design for the entire house, including kitchen, its equipment, lighting, civil works, furniture including wardrobes and vanities, pop work and beds etc. End result was a very endearing and pleasant house. It was great working with a young dynamic project manager, Mr Fuel V. Great experience; would recommend to all. Worth the money spent.

I have to say this is no 1 interior designers in India or in Pune.Completed the project on time within 45 days, cost-friendly design fees, very good team, well managed team.. Kudos to the team.. all the best for your future projects

I had mixed experience with Home Lane. During the initial discussion and designs, the homelane team was good. Designer were experienced and had good knowledge of design. Only down point was limited options in catelogueImplementation of the interior was good. They were on time and finished things on time.There had been some bad experience during support stages. Few of the electric modification did not work and few other issue took time to resolve.

Overall quality was good and value for money. TAT was within limit though we have to do rigorous follow up to some extent but it was quite understandable due to covid lockdown. after sales service needs to be improved alot as I am facing few problems but I am unable to get in touch with my project manager for the rectification which I have requested. apart from that few design related issues were also we faced so I emphasize more to focus on design meetings more seriously. apart from that over all services were good and quality of the material is top notch.

Few of the shutters/cabinet doors of my kitchen were bent due to some reason.I had contacted the HomeLane service team for the same. They were highly responsive and supportive for the same. There representative Mukhram Ji was really proactive in getting the inspection done and listened to all my issues that I had with the kitchen.Mukhram Ji made sure that, all the issues were resolved and gave me time to time updates on the status. Even after the issues were resolved, he came for the inspection to make sure everything is alright and fitted correctly. 5 star to him for this gesture.

HomeLane team was very accommodating for incorporating our ideas/reviews during the whole procedure.Designer had explained us everything in detail and the finished product turned out to be much better than our expectations.Product catalogue had plenty of options to choose from.Workmanship was up to the mark, there were few hiccups during the project execution however project Manager was quite flexible to manage everything within the deadline.The price range is pretty much on the economical side when compares to others.

Everything was very good installation and the quality team quality materials used but the cleaning part is bad many areas left uncleaned but rather than that everything is great!

HL Care provided timely and satisfactory post sale service for one of the kitchen wardrobe. The wardrobe door was replaced free of charge. Also, the HL Care team of Mukhram and carpenter thorughly duly checked all Homelane installed wardrobes in kitchen and all the rooms for any functional issues and conducted minor repairs where needed. We are satisfied with the customer service.

Had some issues with the paint, HL care after rigorous follow up with the painters (apkapainter.com), helped us in resolving the same

Homelane has been creative and professional. Homelane team of Anju (Interior Designer) and Vaibhav (Project Manager) made the design process quite easy. Got my interior done from homelane. All the team members of homelane are very professional. The timely delivery and hassle free execution was key point everyone should consider in covid times, and homelane delivers these with quality. Fittings used are of leading brands like heetiech haffle, plywood and laminates used is of best quality.Designers at homelane are also very cooperative, and listen to what you want.End to end project is handled by homelane so no need to worry.

They just disappointed right at the beginning. Homelane people does not have interest in the customers requirements nor does they care for.Their designer will try to enforce their own design at a much higher price. Even after providing feedback no response was received. Only two messages of discount trying to lure the customer.Also stupid policy of not visiting the site and presenting imaginary plans.TOTAL LET DOWN!!!!

I went ahead with HL to furnish my first house. The sales was fantastic, as expected, but the delivery was disappointing. The only timely action was when amount was due, for rest I had to followup multiple times. The site incharge was complete let down, all issues were identified by us and the responses by the supervisor will leave you nothing short of being frustrated. All issues I would raise were like, this is how it works, but when u pushed further, voila, the desired results were achieved. For feedback the supervisor begged to give high rating stating that after sale support would be better. It did not take much time to find it out myself. The skirting of a cupboard came out and it took 26 days for them to come and stick it with fevi quick and a message that previous team had mot fixed it. And this was not before I reminded them. And to my sheer good luck it is the same supervisor I was assigned who is yet to reach out to me.Not the one to go by reviews but this is a true experience.

From design to execution everything went very well. Timely assistance was provided with all our concerns. Special mention to Pratik Kachare who was the designer assigned to us. Not only he provided great ideas but also listened to our pointers as well. Lastly thank you Homelane, it was a great experience 😇

Value your money .....Glitters are not gold.....The home lane had solicited initial advance based in false commitment and later on when I asked them to obey their words they told its not their responsibility and I should check with other vendors.When I asked for refund of my advance , they are saying its their policy to forfeit it.How a company be so much unprofessional and rude , that they want to forfeit money for their own fault.I will request everyone, donot pay a single penny till u see the product at ur location as in start they utter very sweet words and later show their actual face by forfeiting money for their own fault.Would like to mention that right from sales people to area manager all are unprofessional in behave and rude.They may have lucrative videos on site to attract people for home interior but as per my experience very less commitment obeying capacity.Instead of giving solution and returning money they keep on lagging the matter and force to get the interior by them, even after so much of unprofessional behaviour.They have the policy of forfeiting money after 48 hours , which is big trap as , people get to know what homelane is going to deliver after design which takes more than 48 hours to them to prepare and once you disagree with design and price , now you get stuck to buy from them only or to foreget ur advance as they will say its 48 hours now we will not return money as per our policy.Its totally unfair practice and all these activity is against customer service.I was dealing with Mr. Murad, (Sales), Mr. Pratik(Designer), Mr. Prashant( Sales Head),Mr. Abhishek(Pune area manager).Sorry to say, but these people donot value customer service and are too unprofessional in solving customer grievances.Note:Its my personal view and experience, it has no link with any other person or organisation.

I liked almost everything about HomeLane. Things which I found different is responsibilities are categorized. We liked the quality and the execution of the work. Specially we found our site manager Ram very helpful. He knows the Dos/Donts of the work.Things which I feel can be improved are custom designs and custom size. And also more experience in terms of designing. Because at design phase we can not understand what will look how. They have to make us understand what change will impact what.But otherwise I found HomeLane good. We have given the next assignment to them only.

The product is really premium and surpasses our expectation. HL care response is also prompt and service is ensured to the highest standard.

Very professional and flexible team , would strongly recommend

Kitchen trolleys made of standard size and left most space unutilized, homelane did not made customised size. Measurements of kitchen unit also not taken properly which resulted in 2 inch gap between kitchen platform and trolley unit. Door handles were not available, laminates were also not available, so we have to select only from what is leftovers. Door bend problem have made my life hell as i daily fighting to show bends more than 3mm. Unprofessional approach and Homeland outsourced fitting work to Wifi company and they do as per their mind. Door soft closure hinges were used of Blum which initially promised of Hettich. Homelane was only interested in payments not customer satisfaction. Rest of the work for wardrobes and TV unit was done fine and satisfied.Even if i now give project id wont help as the work of kitchen unit is already done and new rework will not be done based on customer satisfaction. For 3mm gap you people have showed me the terms and conditions with that respect the entire kitchen trolley rework is like a dream.

The quality of civil work they do is very bad. there were leakage in 2 weeks that damaged the wood work in kitchen. their designers are good, but the on-site execution team lacks in professionalism, communication and skills.Update:updating the review to mention their post-sales service. It is equally bad. One of the electrical points was not fitted as per design and have been trying to get it fixed from 2 months. But the site manager Jayen keeps giving tentative timelines and then just forgets about it. I have to keep following up after every timeline.

I had a wonderful experience with Homelane Pune.Our interior designer Ninad had lots of amazing ideas and the execution was as amazing. Despite the current situation,they made sure to deliver on time.

Very poor and unprofessional service.If you have lot of money and if you dont have personal choice, want to design as per HL limited availability of design, then go for Homelane.Absolutely no respect for customers view and choice. They will take your money and will start changing design as per the material availability.
