Great office building located in Kalyan Nagar at a square. Beautiful building with great infrastructure.

Third world elegance. Looks pretty on the outside but is cramped and looks of poor quality construction in the inside, including the typical gaudy, mismatched, and overused marble. As a bonus it has inferior bathrooms, plumbing and drainage.Only 2 very slow and very small elevators for a 15 floor building.

Good working place. Advice to take a helmet if on bike.

I good corporate park. Many MNCs have their offices here. The place is at a kind of secluded point with nothing much around it however if u move out of the property you have places to chill, hangout and even grab a bit if ur ready to walk for 5-10 mins. The building houses a tea joint inside and the ground floor which also has a access to the open smoking area. It is a well maintained structure and hence a good place to visit.

Awesome place to work. Basically its a corporate building having various projects in it on each specific floor. Security systems are good and also the architecture of the building is one of the attraction.

Good place ..food is not that great.Dance floor is inside the glass cabin.. which is suffacating.No ac on the dance floor.Food is not at all good. Though its a lounge . Open terrace setup was good .Over all a good place and not a great place..

There is only lobby is good nothing is good . Very less parking and only 2 lifts for 15 floor.Only 2 floor and 20 car parking for 15 floor employee. Also no separate cafeteria for 15 floor employee.They have very small cafeteria in 10th and 7th floor with low quality foods.

Its nice, but for a commercial building of this size, the builder should had considered parking. Now you will have to park at mariplex and walk all the way in sun and rain.

Perfect business place for shared office requirement. Well connected to major business areas in Pune. Only problem of parking facility.

Very oddly managed place. The entry is not allowed from front gate but from rear gate. You go to the basement which stinks like sewage is leaking somewhere. Elevators are slow and again oddly located. Each of office in the building has no privacy as the elevators open right at reception of each office.

Visited for an interview purpose for Jetsyntesys company. Best infra. Best security system. Clean and different type of interior design of each floor. 15 minutes walking distance from koregav park and takes 30-40 rupees by auto rickaw service or by metre reading fare is available.

Good place for offices and business in general. Only thing weird is the restrictions on parking. You have to have a helmet while on a bike, otherwise they dont let you inside or outside.

Best part of this office space is, they have good cafeteria, Where they serve breakfast, lunch and evening snacks. There are various startups Office and First floor which is powered by Regus. Other floors has office of different companies.

Big building for no space for two wheeler or four wheeler parking. Even for employees who have their office in this building.They have to park 500 metres away from the building

I have had my office there fir a brief period of time. But building is nicely built and nicely maintained by regus

This place is a hole. Entry is through the basement and the fire escape. I dont expect better service in any other element . Shame, because its a great location and the building has potential.

It is a corporate office where different mnc companies maintain their offices.

Worst elevator system. Be careful while using elevators. If you blocked in elevator no one will help you since they dont have elevator keys to open it manually. Worst building management by JLL company. Those who given 5 star rating to this building are usually visitors so they dont know in and out of this building, I am working here from last 3 years and I know it very well.

Tallest Building in Kalyani Nagar. TVS, Reuters, Jetsynthesys, piaggo and few IT companies located here.Heart of the city which is near to carnival theatre, passport office, osho center and major pubs in Koregaon Park. Prime location.
