Lovely place to buy or rent house .good view from balcony .enough space for kids and olders to roam around. Parking space for tenants .Note :Chairman and guards can be rude sometime .better to ignore them as much as possible

The society is very good to rent but has electricity and water problem. One need to arrange for drinking and cooking water supply and inverter for electricity. The area is very wide, there are 8 towers and there is ample jogging or walking space inside the society. The society has many facilities for kids like Dance/ Karate / Yoga. You can get all home supply to be delivered at your flat.

It is a nice residential apartments with several blocks. All Amenities are near by. CBSE schools, colleges and sports centers available. Decothlan, sports mall is nearby.

Worst society to live in especially building C. Tap water is very muddy and salty. You have to be dependent on water canes. There is electricity issue also.Cats and dogs often tore away the delivered package from supr daily or bb daily even from 5th floor. So you cannot order online daily grocery here. Tenants are treated in bad way. people throw garbage from window into lower floors balcony and there is no impact on them when you complain. the road connecting the society to main road road is in very bad condition since a long time. Flats are also not in good condition. Better search and think wisely before renting a flat here.

Aura county is one of the biggest society in area ubale nagar,wagholi.This society is having facility of internal gym,ground, basketball,batmition.It is having flat of 1BHK,2BHK and 3BHK as well.Working bachlor are allowed in this area just you need to go through brokerage.There is no issue of water for daily usage but no water for drinking you need to buy jaar from outside shop.

While travelling from pune city to wagholi on nagar road you cant take a turn to this place. You have to proceed about to 200 to 300 meters for a right turn and then turn back.

Worst society , building not completed water is extremely pathetic and building is not yet handover by builder and many other problems try to avoid this society only good thing is fresh air since its in open campus but water electricity let it down dont think of it from investment purposes too since the tenants face issues day in and out

Accessibility to IT parks (EON, WTC KHARADI, Viman Nagar, Magarpatta, Business Bay etc) hospitals (Rakshak, Columbia Asia, Lifeline, care, Sahyadri) restaurants (Desi Dhaba, Punjabi spice), highway, schools (CP Goenka, Pheonix world school, Podar school, Victorious, Kothari international school.2. Amenities: spacious structure however this project is still in progress so lot of planned amenities are still missing.3. Value for money: Best rented accommodation option at Kharadi suburbs.Cons:1. Water: This is common issue with Pune eastern suburbs. Society has 10lakh litre under ground storage & 30k * 6 overhead storages. However drinking water is not supplied. Options are RO or buy water from nearest dept store (home delivery)2. Electricity: Same in line with Pune suburbs. Best bet is to have inverter support or emergency lighting.

It’s a well to do society. Well maintained. It is behind Maple hotel. Right to the society new school is under construction. Society has all the necessary amenities like clubhouse, gym. Special park for kids. Lots of flats are available in society for rent at cheap rate. Electricity issue but water is available 24*7.

Best society to live in. No corporation water and this is the only drawback here. Lifts are there. One bhk and two bhk options are available. Located behind c.p.goenka school. Near to nagar road. Situated near to eon IT park. Sunlight and fresh air is the blessing to this society. All the festivals are celebrated with great interest and enthusiasm. Gated socity. Parking spaces are available. You can rent out the apartments.

One of the worst place you can live at, water problem, apart from that all maid have their own politics and gaurds keep asking you money for no reason. Maid specially have their own teams and can hate you if you have hired a enemy maid of hers. Please do not trust single bachelors here if anybody put an add for flat sharing as this might turn out to be the nightmare. Stayed here for more than 6 months and now Im unable to recover from the horrible life experience I had over all here.

Old apartments. Flats are good and spacious. Its comes under grampanchayat so very less development done. Out side the society roads are not well made. Must have a car. Shops very very far away.its almost in a village region. Rent is cheap but location is not good even .

Horrible place to live. Please dont waste your money. There is no regular water supply, water is procured from third party which is worst in quality.Here every day you have to suffer for your basis necessities water and electricity. One more thing you have to make your own arrangements of drinking water. There is no proper society or management to address your issues.Management: Never seen such morons and exceptionally arrogant. Builder has given authority to these morons and they are not even aware about when to pay the electricity bill so that common facilities will keep on working. I forget to tell they are extraordinarily good at lying.Builder: Trust me.. Fraud is not a harsh word to use. He does not even care about this anymore. He lured many investors to invest and these investors do not live here so they are not aware about the situation.Guys please do not waste your hard earned money. Trust me... I know the pain.

Good place to stay. Amenities available are good. Most festivals are celebrated in society. Childrens playing ground, gym, etc. are available. Security and maintenance are also good.

Nice place.. Actually I was at my brothers flat.. It was good. Behind F quarter their is A Factory.. Which I actually do not know what goes there... Lift Not good. A badminton court, some childrens swings.Clean society..

Moderately managed society at a good location . Approach road is bad and hasnt been made for years now .

Good and safe place to live. You can get basic household stuff from nearby shops. Quiet far from main city.

Its a gated community. And has grocery stores available right outside the society. Has 24/7 water supply and is a wonderful place to stay. Only downside is that the gym is not maintained and the water is harsh.

Pros:1. Society people are co-operative and helpful.2. Good location, near to Eon IT park.Cons:1. The builder is not giving completion cum Occupancy certification letter to any of it. Even the flat that is completed in 2014.2. Amenities that are proposed is not provide yet after 3 years of completing building A,B,C,D.3. Construction quality is bad, but can consider on flat price range.

No Garbage Collection5. High Rent despite of these issues.You have to tackle all your problems by your s.So before buying or occupying any Flat in this Building think thrice ..Your life will be complete hell once you land up here.

A not-so-bad society with a peaceful location at 200-300 metres from the main road...Has under-tower parking and buildings with 11 floors...No problems of water shortage and power cut(though power cut happens but only for maximum 30 min in a day)... Long power cut happens only on thursday...Has power back-up to lift and lobby areas...No swimming pool with a small gym available.

This place is worst to live. No water supply by corporation and has to rely on tankers. Infrequent water supplies and electricity is off more than often. My sincere advice, dont fall for brokers recommendation.

This society is behind the maple hotel. It is good place. It has many open places for children to play. But the road to reach is not good.

Some body stupid enough renamed the plane as kaizen. Average society, lifts are in bad conditions. Cleanliness and greenery are subpar.

Good society for families and bachelors. Excellent ambience and healthy surrounding for a peaceful stay.

Decent society with good flats. Secure place. Sometimes water and electricity problem will be there. Not much shops are located near by but still has almost everything for daily needs.

Nice Residential Society. People from all over India stay here. Security is bit if an issue as Compound wall is not finished with barbed wire in top, Though there are lot of Security guards but still it feels unsafe.

Ok at 13-14 k for 2 BHK, proper road is missing and the daily amenities store is also missing, kids stationary shop is also not nearby, nearest store is newly opened Reliance Store in Wagholi which is nearly 1 km away

Its a residential Society and a good place to reside for the peoples working around kharardi. Even bachelor are allowed here .I would like to update some newly found information about the society. Building F is the worst building to stay. Rest buildings are mostly managed by the people staying there so they have managed to improve the services. Building F is still under the caring hands of builder and thankfully people face ample number of issues here1. No security guard2. Water Supply (ram bharose) - people here have spent days with no water at all for dont know how many days.3. No lift4. Garbage collection - once in few daysIf you consider to shift please dont move to building F. You may get fake responses that issue will be fixed but no actual fix.

One of the worst society of Pune.. electrity and water problem are the biggest issue here and also the maintenance of Gym and lifts are not done. The only good thing about this society is its location.It is very near to EON IT PARK.

Lived there for 4 years .. It is probably the worst society in pune in terms of basic facilities, management and security. Lifts dont work most of the times, frequent theft cases, major water crisis, non existant security, non funtional club house, extremely dusty, and terrible traffic on the main road.Move there at you own Risk....****thank me later****

Aura county is a society behind maple hotel, it is touch to kharadi so we have a proper access to reach the places like market etc.. Here we have 2 buildings of 1 bhk flats and 2 bhk flats as well , A well managed it is with a club house and basketball, between buildings have a lot space and a open area it is so feeling is good.Rental rates are reasonable as well as for buying.

Location is good, but amenities are less in society. No swimming pool. Parking space limited.

A big society in its region with old and new apartments. Huge area for Parking, playing.

Road to the place is under construction.Lifts for a few buildings like B1 may go for a toss at times.There is an alternate way from backside which should we used.

Things have changed a lot , 24hrs water supply , 24hrs backup , very good people after formation of society in April 2017 things have changed i would recommend for the family .

This society deserves -5 (minus five) star. There is no such option so i am giving 1 start. Water problem is always persistent, Electricity problem. No proper maintenance is there. Nobody will address to your issues. Even Rent is too high here as compared to the facilities and services they provide. Water is too hard and even purifier is not able to purify sometimes. I think one should not waste money in taking flat on rent or buying flat here
