Terrible experience with selling flat, Marketing head asked all cash with no receipt , I gave 50000 for NOC clearance to Pushkar and he signed himself in front of me , when I read the whole thing , the letter was fine but the signature he did which was in front of me didnt seem aurhentic , I feel suspicious . Beware of dealing with them , they are fraud and heard that company is drowning with their finances .

Ok LAUNDRY

One of the best societies in the town. At a favourable location Airport within 1 hour drive. It has swimming pool club house and all the amenities are available in the society itself. It is a very big township. And at a sort of prime location. Everything you need around within 5 minutes of reach. 2 schools around if you are worried about your little monstrous kids, haha juss kid - kid - kidding. It is a nice place to live in.

If u want to stay in the arms of nature while being close to the hustle and bustle of the city then this is the place

The township looked good when we booked it. But over a period of 2 years, we have experienced that there have been lapses in quality (continuous seepage, pipeline damage, non-responsiveness to the most critical complaints, lack of transparency) which affect the day to day life here. Hope buyers will learn from this experience when investing in real estate in future and the builder will take cognizance of the issues. We know as much about your products and services as your own employees do, yet you still continue to serve up experiences that fall way short of what we expect.You need to keep reminding yourself and your teams that they too are consumers. Do you like it when you have a bad experience with a company? So why is it acceptable for you to do to your customers what you do not want to happen to you?

This is a huge township on Dehu Apani road, necessary amenities are nearby. Nice garden, pool and play area. Spacious and airy flats. If you are seeking flats on rent, you can get a 2BHK at around 8k. Pretty cheap as compared to pune. Schools, markets are in the vicinity of township. And at night you can hear the sound of river flowing in backside of the township.

Huge society with 1000+ flats. Superb podium garden and play areas, club house, ample parking, every corner is under CCTV surveillance. It has nice swimming pool but operational only during summer vacation. Good house keeping staff which keeps common areas neat and clean.

Our relatives took flat and had some smooth process going, but Pushkar Shukla the Head of the company forced to give cash ,from the moment it happened I was in doubt with the deal . I dont know who checks the final cash but I am not sure whether it has reached to top management or not.

Living here since 2.5 years. Beautiful environment and very close to nature. Weekends are blessings here where you can hear chirping of birds and enjoy the nature. During monsoons you can see indrayani flowing in full flow and clouds are creating a hill station view from your balconies. Entertainment joints are bit far but thats okay. Life os very pleasant here.

Very very nice society situated in Moshi. i have been there many times in phase 3. it has club house, garden, swimming pool, gym and many more amenities. individual names of buildings is kept from names of River around the world like Rapti, Nile and this project itself in near Indrayani River. it has well structured flats, decorative gates with security.

Not a good project due to Quality they are proving and response of their people. Arrogant people who consider their customers with zero value. No proper response to their concerns.Starting from delayed possession to overall low quality of flat to very poor or pathetic response to customer complaints. Dont know how these people are bagging awards???? Their team should be first trained on Customer Satisfaction through their behavior and act.

One if best residential society in PCMC area. Project construction is too good. Lot of space given for walk, garden etc

Good community to live with. Phase 1 is not so good but we can count on phase 2 with building D E F I J K L M which is having re-enable good construction. There is water problem is summer. PHASE 3 is not good only small rooms and building is very close by, it prized low so can be considered under affordable housing

Overall the society is good. Lot of activities take place. There is an International School adjacent to the society. Only matter of concern is good quality hotels are far away.

Great place to live;Delayed possession is now a days linked with majority of builders. But I love the way its getting developed......

I am resident since 2013. Seepage issues for lot of residents which shows flaws in construction. My flats seepage issue was repaired by builder during warranty period but now its reoccurred and other residents are also facing this issue.Parking issue is worst managed for phase 1. As per number of flats parking availability ratio is extremely bad and lot of residents have to park their vehicles outside the gate which is risky.

This society is very famous Pune & it is near the dehu-alendi road

My uncle lives here ...It is better than any another apartments on moshi road...It has a big parking space....Good security..A huge playarea...A basketball ground....A swimming pool ....A gym..And Also a river side by.....Also good accessibility to shops nearby...A highly rated school....So overall a good package..

Do not buy/invest. worst construction,facilities,water n almost everything.about to leave this place as early as possible. do not deserve 1 point either. those who gave 4-5 star must be workers of paramar
