A quiet place, pleasing decor, spacious seating. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The serving size is good. One soup divided into 2 was plenty. (Delicious asparagus soup)The salad was good and sumptuous. The chicken lasagna was delicious, though they serve no bread/rolls with it. I wish they would. We ordered a garlic roll on the side and enjoyed it.With so much good food between the two of us, we had no place for dessert.It was a memorable meal! Definitely a place where Id go again and again.

A conveniently located unhurried all day Bistro serving good quality food in a lovely ambience. Salads, Pastas, Pizzas and Desserts all were good! For the portions offered, the place is really expensive. Worth trying!

It delivers for the price point it is placed.I liked the calm ambience. When we entered we were greeted with a smile and the menu suggestions were indeed something that we liked.We tried the chicken breast and the soup. I can say Ive had better chicken beef preparations but this was very tasty.The owner and staff were courteous and friendly. They asked us if we liked our food or not.Overall, we were pleased by the experience and will surely love to visit on special occasions.

Tried Krustys pizza for the first time and it was great thin crust pizza with perfect amount of cheese. The service was good. Overall a good meal, certainly going back.

Krustys is slowly becoming one of my favourite restaurants! Be it salads, coffees, light meals or proper meatlicious dishes, their new revamped menu has a lot to offer and we cant get enough of their sumptuous food! Seating and ambience is standard for the prices,but the quality, style of preparation and taste of food makes up for it! Slightly on the upward price scale, but this bistro has some amazing dishes that one should definitely try!

Overpriced. Not worth visiting. The quality and quantity of food does not justify the price. Cesar salad was prepared using green lettuce and romaine lettuce. It should have been iceberg lettuce. This is simple fact. Food was very bland

Cosy little place, nice ambience. Shakes and mocktails are all good. Appetizers are good and bite sized. Must try their Nachos. Amazing selection of pastas and pizzas, not the regular ones. Dont be afraid to experiment, theyre all great. Desserts are great for chocolate lovers - Ive tried all and left with a big smile on my face. Cheesecake is just right. Nice place for dinner or quick lunch. My only complaint, if any, would be that the quantities of pastas and mains are smaller than expected. But all in all, must visit at least once.

Ever eaten a garlic bread that literally melts in your mouth ? Well, if not, then Krustys should be next on your list. Their delicious garlic bread with cheese is something to die for. It’s crunchy from outside, yet spongy from inside. We tried the peri peri spice chiken. Incredible blend of flavours, not too spicy and with chicken cooked in the perfect amount. The burnt garlic mayo on the side adds to its taste. Their desserts are heaven on earth too. We tried espresso panna cota and the eight textured chocolate cake. It’s super delicious and worth the price. In all, I’d give 5 stars.

I have tired the pizza and pastas at krustys. Even though the pizza looked great it was ok in taste. And the pasta was also not out of the world. As a chef myslef maybe I expected a better experience the coffee and the smothie were not so great. Overall an ok experience

A very famous eating joint in kothrud. Had heard alot about Krustys so decided to give it a try.I visited Krustys on a sunday evening, was a bit crowded but got a table easily.Ambience was good nothing out of the world but good for a pizza joint.Service was a bit slow and inattentive.Food- We tried the thin crust confit chicken with herbed humus and aglio oilo .The food was amazing and the pizza, especially was cooked to perfection.Value for money - We had zomato gold and thus,it was worth every pennySo on the whole a place I would definitely recommend and visit again

Nice and quiet. Exudes a very warm feel. Tasty food. Good attentive staff. Good service. Downside: The watermelon and feta salad had black grapes cut like olives instead of olives although the menu said olives. Was not informed of this prior to ordering. The pizza base could have been better. The wild mushroom soup was too soupy. Would have liked some pieces of mushroom in it. But was tasty. Overall very nice. Need a bit more care in some things. Potential to be a winner for sure. Would go again for sure.

This place is small but serves really delicious food. The ambience is happy, seating is comfortable and generally not very crowded so you can enjoy quiet meal (and dont have to be loud to be heard by your table mates :) ). I loved the salads. So refreshing and quantity was good too. Then I tasted the past of the day - spinach ravioli.. which was ssuuppeerrrr yummy. Simply loved it

Superb Food. The restaurant superb European cuisine with wide variety of dishes available. The deserts are also fantastic and a late night visit to have just deserts is also recommended. Valet parking is available but not really necessary. Ample parking is available on road. Easy to notice from the main road. Try the 8 Layered Chocolate Cake and Macrons.

It is a nice place with great Italian food. It is an Italian only restaurant. But the limitation of the menu is totally worth. Prices are a bit on the higher side. The Garlic bread with cheese here is the best one I have ever had.

Quality seems to be going down every time we visit. The portions are too small. The Oregano, Greek feta pizza was too salty. Found hair twice in the food. So hygiene needs big improvement.

The ambience was nice, outer seating was also available. I had ordered 8 layered cake which was a very delightful. The service was also good, attendants were courteous.

The ambience is great, food is awesome . I know that this is not a value for money place to begin with. But the salads contain really very minuscule amounts of listed ingredients. For example in one salad that we ordered had candied walnut but the total amount of the walnut pieces did not amount to even one full walnut, the ricotta cheese in the same salad was less than 10 gm, there were just a couple of lettuce leaves. That is unsatisfactory .

Good menu, but ask for extra money if u ask for extra mustard thats pathetic. After ordering one of the regular salads black grapes were put in stead of olives, intelligent manager gave me stupid explaination for that as saying since grapes are seasonal they put it. Its awful u cant put banana and ask to pay 300-400bucks to pay for it. All customers are not idiots. After all I was asked wheather I want to eat extra olives. How funny is that. Sorry even I like krustys but it is not acceptable

Nice and pleasant ambience and totally awesome food. Personally I fell in love with their lasagne..(pardon me if I spelt it wrong) The bugget was freshly baked...it was so soft that I thought it might have come to our table directly from the oven. The BBQ chicken pizza was very simple but very much tasty. nich caramelized onions and soft and juicy chicken...We had ordered Irish coffee which was mind blowing even though it was black coffee. Btw actually they dont serve it black, it was my husbands farmaish... The new York cheese cake was so yummy and was probably a baked one. Would definitely like to revisit this place...

Overrated and overpriced in my opinion. Not that the food served is bad. Quite tasty actually. But for the same amount of money, you could go to Le Plasir which is simply fantastic. And a similar menu and taste can be found at Tales and Spirits on Senapati Bapat Road for a lot less money. Dont see myself visiting here again..
