I had the burger and it was pretty good. Service was excellent too. This was a Wednesday morning too. I didnt find the prices that bad. French toast was about 4 bucks. Would pay double the price in any Australian airport for the meal I had.

The food is ok but overpriced, normal for an airport though. Depending on what time you are here the food can take a while to be prepared. My gf and I arrived close to midnight, my burger arrived after about 10min, her dish is going on 40min and it still hasn’t arrived yet. When my gf patiently asked about the food it was obvious that they forgot about it and when she said to the waiter that the boarding had already started the waiter told her to calm down.

Poor quality burger and few fries on plate. Its better to go to Burger King located 10 meters away.

Service was good and fast, but the food is terrible - do not order the Thai Beef Salad. It is the worst salad I have ever eaten. They do not even use thai basil as one would expect but regular basil.

Ordered 3 Jack n Cokes, got 3 well mixed Jack n Cokes. Service also spoke a bit of English. Easy place to get a couple of drinks before a flight.

Unfortunately we did no receive a kind service. For whatever reason upon sitting at the table and waiting patiently for 15mins the waitresses chose to ignore us. I eventually went to the bar to politely ask if we could have someone take our order to which she responded I dont speak English despite speaking to the other tablen in English. The other waitress also had a similar attitude to which we realize were were being racially singled out. Netherless to say we walked out - but it was so sad to experience this sort of service

I wanted to pamper myself with this place before the trip.What now ?From the menu, there is a pathetic page that offers you to purchase 0.4. Hoegaarden for 700r.2 burgers, price 700-800r. that look like they were cooked not in a restaurant, but in a school cafeteria or at a train station, all on a shabby white plate.In general, now TGI in Pulkovo is going through hard times.

Не успел сесть - принесли пиво. Не успел пригубить - суп. Ел суп, появился стейк. Бываю здесь часто, ничего лучше ибо в Пулково нет. К тому же персонал очень и очень лоялен во всех нужных смыслах. Я - рекомендую. Сейчас, конечно, им сложно - меню стало короче, посетителей немного, ночи - пустые.. Но и тем более - они лучшее, что там есть).
