Team, on the occasion of Dussera writing this message, we thank you all the members involved in our project, special thanks for handing over our Bungalow couple of days before Dussera, so that we could have pooja on this auspicious day. We as family appreciate all the efforts, ideas, creativity shown by your team, initially we thought due to 2nd Covid wave our project may get delayed by couple of months, but teams experience and contact with the vendors helped to get right skilled people and material in time so that project went well even in difficult time. Thank you very much decormyplace team, we appreciate the efforts and professionalism you have exhibited through out the project and teams ability to handle escalations in time. If any one happens to read this review, wish to share our case, we approached  decormyplace in MARCH 19, we got the detailed proposal close to 40 LACS for our row house but we decided to go with other company that gave us around 35 LACS budget so we started project with them, initially they started with some civil work and 2 bedroom on first floor, within first month itself we realized that the quality of material like plywood, internal laminates etc were not up to the mark, hardware offered were of local brands, we requested them to use hardware from Hafele, Hettich but the additional amount asked for this hardware was quite exorbitant even the finishing of labour was not up to the mark, even the veneer polishing quality we found not matching with the expectation, transportation was at actual which was costing more than expected and slowly we started COMPARING PRICES WITH decormyplace PRICES, then started realizing that decormyplace hardware specifications were of much higher quality, laminate they offered were of higher quality, there was warranty included in the pricing, transportation, loading, unloading were also INCLUDED in the proposal, even the floor protector required to avoid damages to flooring was considered in the pricing. So the prices which we thought initially higher NOW REALIZED ITS ACTUALLY 8-10 PERCENT LESSER and for few components its 20 percent lesser.  So we started our engagement with decormyplace team in AUG 2019 with complete fresh designing and execution especially for living, kitchen, patio and remaining two bedrooms and at the end of 6 months we got handover of our row house with professional approach with hardly few escalations which were handled very professionally.

After spending long 15 years in Germany we really wanted team to understand our requirements of modern fittings which we were using in Germany, we wanted Alexa compliant full automation in home along with high end equipment to match our lifestyle. decormyplace team gave us the confidence that they will be able to deliver the right solution for our high-end property. Today at the end of 5 months we are really happy with our decision to handover our flat interiors to you guys, we have received the dream home even better than what we anticipated. During the project there were few escalations but senior members handled it smartly without hampering the deliverables promised, we liked the flexible approach shown by the designing team, in few cases we asked for more 3D views than initially agreed upon but team provided us the same without much pushing. Though it took couple of months more that we anticipated but fully understood at the end of the project the importance of the time spent initially in planning. Wish to give 4.5 stars but there is no option for half star, wish to deduct half star for delay in getting dining table delivery by almost 12 -15 days, rest all good, every thing went well as planned designing, execution, final cleaning etc and most importantly team is quite polite and flexible enough to give us enough time and attention. DMP team, thanks for handing over our bungalow in time though there was tight schedule, we were highly apprehensive if we could really get handover before our son returns to India, it was really big surprise for him, the complete new interiors. We have one suggestion, you guys can reduce the designing time, we feel as client we dont need so much of detailing like civil layout, furniture layout, electrical layout, elevations, working drawings etc, as layman we dont understand those detailing sometimes. I want to put my home with best decors and interiors. I used to search online and I had come across the DecoreMyPlace which was very helpful and lovable. The interiors decoration were very good and every body gets attracted by them . I can put all the things in correct places in my home and feel awesome because I had got all the interiors to a very small price and looks great. It gives a decent appearance for the people who comes in and also helpful in doing small occasions in your home with out much strain in maintaining. So go for it and make your home pleasant and neat.

Very much dissatisfied with the quality of their work and the time it took to finally complete the work which we had to accept as complete rework was required which would taken hell lot of time..I placed the order in Dec,17 but the work for 1.5 bhk basic furniture got completed only in Oct, 18.. They generally assign low cost carpenters to save money which generally creates the problems.. Finishing of their work is pathetic..There was many reworks plus they dont care for their customers schedule they work as per their own pace without even caring for their customers plan..Also please put everything in writing of all the commitments and the requirements as for them there is no place for verbal commitments as there is a lot of communication gap between their sales and operations.. Sales generally gives all the commitments and give compliance to all your requirements but those will not be entertained by their operations team.If you are taking their services then then it will be on the individuals own risks..

Great team to work with . The work done at my place is just amazing .The best thing about the team is they are very transparent wrt providing the estimate cost of the project .Along with this at the time of handover we found few minor/major issues in the carpentary / electrical work and the team was just a call away.For sure the scope of improvement will always be there starting from planning designing and execution like there is a huge difference in manual carpentary work finish as compared to factory finish work so a bit of disappointment there . Few points to be focused in designing phase were missed from both the parties but yes again everything was resolved by the team after few days of handover .Last but not the least, Amol the head of the team is very patient with listening to your problems and acting on them ASAP.One thing that can be improved immediately , There should be one supervisor apart from the team to inspect like a customer at the time of handover or a day before 🙂 Once again Thanks a lot team

Didnt work with them. Thankfully. The lamest sales process in the world. No one calls you. They Whatsapp. Reluctantly. They send messages @ two Whatsapp messages a day. Other design firms show eagerness to meet. These guys showed reluctance. I showed all my eagerness to get going. Offered to travel across cities to meet them. But at the other end of my Whatsapp conversation was a tortoise. They didnt need my business so it goes elsewhere.If you like to be treated like rubbish - Go try and buy from them.

Team we are loving our rowhouse, though it took couple of weeks more than the anticipated but we are happy with the end result, for us end result was more important, we always wanted designer place. Special appreciation for designer Shweta, though she was 8 months pregnant, she accompanied us for curtains, wall papers, carpet selection.
