Quality of construction is really bad, I own a flat at ARV Imperia which has water leakage in walls from the very first rains after possession. Builders isnt bothered to look after customer issues once the flats are sold.

ARV Group office has always accompanied us in all of the work required from a builders end.

Got very good support from the sales person and the management. Till now the quality of work is very good. Looking for same support and quality in future also. All the best for future

Very bad customer services. I paid full amount for 3bhk in a one stock when the building is having its 1st floor of total 12 floor. When I checked with sales manager for car parking space at the time of payment. he has given me open car parking saying, no more space remains. Now when I am checking with others, they have not paid full, and having 1 bhk with covered parking, and the people dont have car too.This was false picture shown by GC. Bad support provided over this issue by builder.

Friendly staff

Not at all a good service to customers. They didnt provide us the grills to windows which was against safety measures. They havent got completion certificate from pmc still giving the possession to customers and forced us to take the possession without getting NOC from PMC.Initially the project name was different and was listed in Credai, after sometime they changed the name of the project and the same is now not listed in Credai.Also they never respond to your emails or enquiries regarding the project. I am highly unsatisfied and will discourage all not to go with their any of the projects. Thanks

Very bad quality of construction , if anyone want to check come to ARV imperia , most of the walls in buildings is leaking with waters
