Excellent experience. Its way better than the store at Konkane chowk. Ample space for shopping and billing...parking is also available in abundance if you need the same. Prices are competitive. Staff is helpful and courteous.

It is a one stop shop for all. Alot of time there are very good discount considering the locality. Also you can find vegetables in good price only fruits are costly but all in all good place. One star less for availability and staff interaction as staffs are not reliable as they are not aware of the products/pricing or discounts a lot of time and put stickers at wrong places. No compromise on quality.

Opened recently (end of Feb 2020), found very less rush. The prices and offers are less lucrative as compared to DMart and Star Market.The groceries section is quite good but the shoes and apparels section is just for the sake of name.Use of paper bag instead of plastic for fruits/vegetables is worth of mentioning, and kudos for that (Star Market is still using plastic bags)Staff is courteous, helpful and humble.

Found the vegetables fresh here other than the regular stuff. The service was quick at the counter as well.

Spacious store and excellent location. There are fewer options in general but you get what you need. Lots of Reliances own products (with heavy discounts) as alternative to mainstream products. Crockery and other kitchen items section is smaller compared to other larger stores.

Good offers to save money.Poor management,everywhere u will see employees itself on the storage racks collecting material for online deliveries may be.. this is obstacle for a walk-in customers.No slideway for trolly, u need to self hold all material, step down and keep it in car.

Good place to shop..staff is supportive but one issue i.like to highlight they dont have any provision to take the trolley cart till your car. If you have done lot of shopping then you need to bring your car to another entry point which is not easy

I like buying day to day grocery and other house hold items from Reliance.But do cross check the discounts at the time of billing.

Free home delivery is now not available from store. They ask you to order from jiomart.com however I have observed that the products available in store are not available on jiomart.com specially for the heavy grocery products where you may want to buy for 10-50 kg. So the new online model still need some time to get matured.

Best place to shop who lives in pimple saudagar. You will find good deals.

Slow billing process. Hard to get a trolley even if there are hardly any customer. most of trolley are used by staffs for jio mart. Same for the parking. Their jiomart vehicles occupies most of the parking lots.

A good store for household grocery shopping but needs an attentive customercare executive at billing counters. It has wide range of products but needs Haldirams products too which is missing in the store.
