Like the previous two reviews mentioned saying their queries were not resloved, I had the same feeling that we are stuck with the washing machine which we bought, however will give all the credit of resolving our issue to the sales executive named Rahul Kamble, he was there always answering calls without any hesitation and never lost his calm, brought us out of the situation. Best shop to buy branded electronic appliances. Had brought Bosch front load washing machine and Bosch Dishwasher. Best buy. No issues till date. Wont believe that we did purchase it with down payment of only Rs.100/-. Staff is very cordial and best part is they are negotiable and we purcased both appliances at base price with a good discount. Their products are good and they reduce the price of the products alot. The finance is good and fast as well. They deliver the product the very next day.

Very very pathetic service, we bought a fully automatic machine ,they promised to deliver us same day, but was delivered a week later .The machine that was delivered was completely defective,We had to chase these over calls with repeated follow ups to replace ,which was then replaced after a week.The new machine which they have supplied , is again found after a week of usage to be defective as the tub of the fully automatic machine is completely bent to rightNo idea whose fault it is whether the company is making such a defective pieces again and again ( Electrolux) or the transporter or distributor who never checks the items delivered to them without checking the quality, leaving the customer suffer again and again

UNPROFESSIONALISM AT Its BEST :We had ordered Electrolux washing machine a week ago.The same got delivered last friday 8th April.The delivery guy was in hurry hence he didnt open the package and left saying that we have to deliver 600 packages today!!On opening the package, to our suprise, the same was damaged.The drum inside machine was broken!!We called the showroom and told to replace.It has been 5 days and these guys havent replaced the same yet.We are calling them but they arent responding.Also on Sunday afternoon , we went to take refund but the showroom guy told that he we get the product replaced by evening .It is Wednesday today and still the machine has not been replaced.CUSTOMERS, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM , HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR FROM THEM.
