I wanted a product which was not deliverable at my location. I requested for a call back which I got within a hour. They asked me to visit the store so that store can place order on my behalf and will deliver it within 7 days. But the staff did excellent job despite of good number of other customers and found out same product at store. I walked out of store with the product.

Pathetic experience while trying to buy a food processor...We chose one decent food processor and were waiting in the line to pay for 45 mins..I dont know what the staff was doing..Not attentive at all...No explanation at all...Frustrated, we just left from there without buying anything..Just the waste of time...

Third class service , I requested for Apple Magic Mouse availability- they didn’t have stock . Person who arranged call back dropped off the call suddenly without showing any basic etiquette of gathering more info or answering questions. Truly unprofessional. Croma just keeps limited devices in stock & their website is pathetic.

Uneducated and unprofessional staff are there for assistance, staff doesnt having ideas about products which they are approaching even for customers satisfaction.There is no walking then also no employees of that can agree to assist quick just only telling to wait wait and wait.Totally Bad Experience i had here.

I want to mention 2 points here:1. Croma is just selling product on there brand name. Their service towards customer is very low and not at all satisfactory. They only think about there benefit and they dint care about customer experience at all. Manager in the store tells on your face that this is how we work. We purchased an electronics on 60000 but their was no 1 rupee discount neither there was any additional service given even though it was Diwali time. They are just making money for their own benefit. I had a very bad experience.2. Staff who gave us service was polite and decent but he was just following what his manager was telling him to do. Overall the experience was not good. I would not recommend Croma for customer experience

I have called to Croma number many time but they not receiving any call & as per Google map information store is Opened but when I reached to location mall is closed... what it is happy to serve attitude towards the customer ? its worst and very irritating for today & no one responding on call

Visited Croma to buy a phone. They have most of offline handsets of Samsung, vivo oppo, mi and apple. However if you are looking for other budget brands like lava micromax, techno etc they are not available

Extremely bad experience with CromaThey will give false information to trap you so that you buy product from them but the moment bill is paid ,their real face is shown. They told me 10% cash back which turned out to be 5%. They asked me to submit documents which I refused to give and it was my lucky day that I didnt fall in another trap. Staffs are pathetic including the store manager. Instead of rectifying the issue , he offered me 500gm of Ariel detergent powered on my purchase of Air conditioner.For 0% emi, they are fooling is coz eventually you will receive a message from your bank that its not 0% at all. There would be hidden charges which nobody would ever tell coz they are pathetic and useless who only which to sell.

I wanted to check the sound quality of JBL pods before i proceed with purchase. You have the pods for customer check however the executive doesnt know the reason why the services have been restricted. I assumed its because of COVID situation but i am confused that eyewear or goggles showroom have resumed their services to check and buy then why not pods?

A complete electronics showroom located in the Seasons Mall in Magarpatta City of Pune. An ideal place for Mobiles, laptops, removable HDDs, and other accessories, AC s, Refrigerators, Microwaves, and other home appliances.

Pathetic place and let me tell you why. My wife and I asked almost everybody at this store about a certain query with regards to delivering a product to a location. They place the pincode in their computer and tell me that yes it is all possible. That was only till they wanted to swipe the card. Once the order was placed, nobody answered the phone, nobody gave me updates, 20 days later I was told that we cannot deliver to your location, we will refund the amount in 11 more days. You know what, try Reliance Digital or try Veejay Sales, you know why? They had the gall to tell me in advance that what is not possible is not possible, unlike these uncivilized, lying uncouth, unprofessional people. It is ridiculous.

PatheticManager Swapnil is not at all helpful if you try to approach him.
