I went there to look out for printer. First thing parking issue. Second, after you manage to park, is no one really bothers to assist you. Guy at the door will assign one person who, by the time we reach at the spot where the product is, will ask someone else to do it. And at the end we regret wasting our time. After almost 30min getting parking lot and then 30 min of waiting for someone to assist, we left the store. Of course without buying anything 😡😡😡

I have purchased laptop from here and next day I have raise the complain regarding display issue as they have policy of 7 days replacement but when I visit to the store they refuse to give me replacement by saying its brand policy please visit their service center! Worst service ever!! they invite me 2 times without any solution!

I thought I would get better deals here rather than online site like Flipkart and Amazon, but to my surprise a samsung 50 Tv costs 65k in this reliance store and the same TV costs only 50k on Amazon/Flipkart.

I entered into store on 14-AUG-2021 between 4.00 PM to 4.30 PM. I wanted to buy Whirlpool IntelliFresh 360 L Refrigerator. When I inquired about it one sales person came to me and quote me the final price as INR 40,000. When I told him that can I get any discount on it, as Whirlpool Brand website is selling the same Refrigerator at INR 38,055. Then that sales person arrogantly replied that Currently this Refrigerator model is only available with us in whole Pune, this model MRP is 51000 and our final price is 40,000.I was lucky that, I didnt buy any product from this store, as this store is having such a rude and unprofessional sales persons.I have purchased the same model from Reliance Digital, Geetai Sankul, Kothrud, Pune store at 38000 plus addition bank discount of 3000. So the effective deal price for me is 35000.Reliance Digital and Reliance Digital Satara Road store manager must train their sales person about how to speak with customer positively.

Worst service. Do not buy any product from Reliance digital, Katraj . They do not provide service, nor they solve issue. I brought Sony Bravia but no installation till 7-8 days and that to after complaining too much time. TV has a fault of rolling picture, but they hesitate to take complaint and said it is the problem with set top box, that to in warranty period. The experience with sony and Reliance digital, katraj is horrible and i prefer not to buy appliances from RELIANCE DIGITAL, KATRAJ. Arrogant staff and pathetic service

Went to buy a laptop, mobile and 2 other home appliances however had a disappointing experience as the staff is not attentive, they are more focused on their own mobile screens and redirects to another person for assistance.Highlighted the concern to the counter staff and they said that there is only 70% of staffing during these days and they are more likely to do timepass once their target is completed. No coordination among staff, it seems they don’t respect each other!!!After waiting for more than 20mins to get a laptop expert it didn’t took much time to finalise as the online research was already done however due to tedious working process the Laptop expert insisted to do the billing separately for the laptop! The billing was done, there was no place to keep the belongings as to look for other appliances on 1st floor, hence went to the door attendant and she said these people don’t want customers hence they are not bother once the products are sold! Such responses from staff member shows how serious these people are about their job, since there was no one to attend and place to keep the belongings left the store with laptop and without visiting the appliances section!It’s more like a museum, you are only valued as per their daily targets. Employees are no experts here they have basic knowledge with no sales skills, some store employees will also suggest to buy products online!!!

I purchased a phone in month of JanThis was the last piece remaining in store (MI10i). That time my mom also wanted to purchase the same but this was last piece which I purchased and my mom purchased the other model.Im using mi10i n now its totally getting on heat, Im most of the time not audible to next person, my phone is hanging oftenly, also my Instagram works poor in this phone while uploading reels, this phone gets on heat, now the photo clarity is also getting disturbed,. Im not satisfied with it,The store ppl are not receiving call, the customer care told to visit the store but its lockdown on google its showing open but no response on calls.This is very disappointing me. I hope my issue is solved as I have my bill and all the details regarding.

You advertised items on line but when I visited the store you do not have the item.You have no jio hotspot router in stock.Upon my visite all the staff are engage with whatsapp on their mobile phone and no proper customer service.Their body language and action demonstrated that the customer is not important. all of jio outlet on Satara road had not jio hotspot router.

A very spacious store with a lot of products available for trial in store. Loved the experience. The prices were quite lower than other stores. I got a product here for 6999 which was 7300 at Vijay Sales after discount. They even had more veriety and number of products on show than Vijay Sales.

Good Place for Electronic Goods

I bought liebherr Refrigerator from here. They told all good good things about the product and also told to provide full warranty on refrigerator parts. But their handle was broken and when I asked about the warranty coverage they told to call another team whose number was not listed. I found another number of it then they directed me again to Reliance customer service. Where I called and they told we will raise a request. Then I got a call from them after almost a month where I described the details. Post that they told send me pics of broken product in wtsapp. Then after that it took another month. Then after in the call the guy called me and told me to send the details. And then I again sent him the details of the broken handle. Then after an hour he calls and says it will cost approx 900. after few minutes again he calls and said it will take 1500 Rs. I cancelled to order that. Now onwards I will refrain from buying any product from Digital

This store doesnt even deserve a one star but I dont have any option. The ground floor staff is good atleast they show courtesy to ask how can I help you and all those typical questions but when it comes to first floor in the section of fridge, washing machine and other products their staff just looks at your face and Dont even provide some information about product and dont even ask what you wanted to buy,what are you looking for. Really worst experience at the store.

Its an ok store, staff is lazy and doesnt care about the customer. Products are covered in dust and there is no variety and stock.

Good variety but the staff arent in sync with their own product stock and price, wasted time over a product on display that was out of stock with no restocking guarantee. Staff arent much helpful, just shop online, thats way easier.

Rates are not cheap as advertised but most competitive. But service is very good.
