Three star for quality, excellent quality chair but service(PUNE) not upto the mark, after full payment and waiting for defined delivery date, you have to remind them on delivery.

Poor quality of the products. The chair started making creaking noise within 15 days. The hand-rest lock mechanism broken in 1 month. Raised a complaint but its been 2 months and no theres no reply from them.

Easy to locate shop. Sufficient choices for office chairs and desks.

Nice staff with good knowledge of chairs and usage of it.

Very disappointing. I needed a replacement of a torn hand rest, was assured it would get done but issue still not resolved ever after 1 month.
