The IFB customer care sent their technicians to my place. They removed the top digital panel and the wiring from behind saying that it will have to be repaired/ replaced on the 22 Mar 21. They did not give any receipt or slip for the spares taken. They said they will return in two days. When they did not show up, I called them again. Today even after 23 days, they have not showed up. I have been calling them almost everyday. I spoke courteously, sternly, requested them, but they have neither bothered to call back nor have they returned the spares. It is an extremely bad experience. Worst part is the management or the proprietor is also not monitoring this lapse. I dont even have a receipt to present. Extremely disappointed. Poor service.
