Shop has dedicated parking spots for 4 wheelers, though they are limited. 2 wheeler parking is not an issue. It is located on ground floor of NSG IT Park. Entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Good range and variety of products. They sell at standard prices, not much discounts are offered. Staff is not knowledgeable, even they search for answers online for non-standard questions on product features. They do not have any demo or dummy pieces for packed products. Good to just check prices and products physically, and then purchase online instead.

The two stars rating is for the service and help I received while at the store. The three missing stars represent the extremely horrible service from the delivery department. I dont understand how they expect you to leave all your chores aside and set an entire day waiting with anticipation for your order to arrive. When did the order finally come you ask? Dont know. Its 7:30 pm as I write this and I continue to wait.No time slot, no call from the call centre, no initiative nothing.When I picked Croma over the other brands, I did it for ease of service and quick delivery among other things.Never again Croma, never again. You have lost a customer for life.P.s. If anyone does take cognizance of this review, the bill is in my name. Wide range of brands under one roof. Staff is courteous and attentive to your needs, however there may be few misses if the facility is overcrowded. Prices are competitive and you tend to gain extras if you are smart client and courteous in your approach.

Out of all Croma outlets in and around Pune this one is really very large and with lots of Variety and products to choose from.Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

I bought Croma food processor in March 2021 in Jul 2021 it started giving problem. I registered complaint at Croma Aundh store and they said technician will visit my place in 24 hours no body visited or called. I waited for them to contact me but in vain. After almost 15 days I contacted them and the CSR kept me waiting on line for almost 1hour without any resolution. Then I called them the next day and told them that I wish to speak to Manager but again they kept me on hold for long again without resolution. Then a technician visited and he check the motor and he saw that there is something wrong as there was smoke coming from it. He could not get the problem resolved at my place hence he took the motor along with him. After 2 days he brought it back saying that they have replace the motor inside then another technician came he checked and the same problem persisted. He said the container is fault hence they will replace as it is in warranty but till date no resolution. Now I have decide to file a complaint again Croma Aundh. He are not at all customer centric.I request everyone not to buy any Croma products. Worst experience ever. They dont know their work.

I had a very good experience in CROMA Aundh Pune. Sales person was proactive, ambience was very good and the stores is full of variety products. In a short time I could complete my buying process. Parking is a usual problem more so due to pandemic lockdown restricted business hours...no issues.

I got new earphone without bill and even without talking to costumer care of the respected brand.....this is quite rare post e-commerce era where you can buy everything but they dont even care providing any kind of service

Very horrible services. Have purchased Samsung smart TV on Monday with full payment. The representative promised to deliver it on Tuesday and installation by next day.We confirmed stock and then only placed order.We are not in town for Friday and day after , so we requested to follow the promised dates.The product wasnt delivered next day ( we live half km away from showroom and it had the piece when we booked!) We followed on Wednesday for whole day. The salesman picked up phone and assured it will be delivered today , inspire of logistics problems!Now its 9 pmProduct not delivered and not sure when it will be delivered!Horrible experience.Dont buy from these people.Its waste of your patience.Dr Harish Sarode

It seems always just one billing counter is working.. i can see staff sitting around everywhere but despite having 3 counters the time taken for billing is roughly 20-30 min.. Ill probably avoid visiting the next time.

Excellent range of products. Most sales staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Most also speak good or adequate English, which for me as an American is a real plus.I must have purchased at least 20 electronics for home or work at Croma over the years. Its my go-to place in India for such things. They may not have every brand or every item in a brand line, but for sure the most popular.

Croma sales person claims that extended warranty will be provided by paying some extra amount. During extended warranty, if product cannot be repair within 14 days.. customer will get the replacement.However, the above commitment is completely false and just a selling jumla. Reality is something else.Better go for direct OEM warranty terms.

Yesterday I visited this store to buy a laptop but it seemed that they were not interested in selling one. No worries their loss they just lost a customer. Never gonna visit this store again.

Service is not good. When I went to store I purchased one product and they were like in hurry of getting money and book the product without checking for whether product is there or not. Gave me a false commitment of product delivery to next day of purchase. Next day I was told that product is out of stock so there would be delay. I personally felt that they are like greedy people for receiving order and money. Thats it. Same I felt at another franchise of Croma on Baner road.

Place is quite good and the staff is helpful and friendly. No complaints there.However, I recently bought a Voltas (Tata Product) water cooler from them. I dont know how long was it in store, but the moment we switched it on, it gave-off such a foul smell that even after keeping all windows open overnight, the stench refuses to leave the apartment. The foul stench comes from the decaying material in the honey-pads. Now the cooler is as good as useless for another 10 days - average time needed to resolve the issue, as I have been informed!This is the only reason I will give it 3 stars. Customer service, as usual, is pathetic! Beyond I have raised a complaint, theres hardly any service. The same can be done online, through a portal.

Very cooperative staff and quick in billing

I went to Chroma for laptop. The store currently has limited choices, most of the options are high end (more than 60k) or very low end. The median range is completely missing due to less stocks. What was really surprising was one of the salesman claimed that the prices are being revised (on higher side) as stocks reduce - for one model the price was increased by 5k in one week due to high demand which was really shocking. From hygiene perspective - adequate arrangements were made but it felt a bit crowded which is not expected at this time as appointment was required to visit the store. Overall a decent experience but could not buy anything due to less options

Very bad experience with security today. That person was in so hurry that he did not want me to complete my call and asking to enter Croma or remove my car from parking. Such a bad behaviour when we are visiting along with families. @Croma incident happened at around 8pm today. Kindly take strict actions, looking at the language he used we didn’t entered store and decided not to buy anything from your stores.

I bought preethi mixer grinder and Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner from croma. I got both the products matched up to the Amazon offer price, though the mrp was higher. Got the best deal! Service is good too. Not rating them 5stars only because they didnt have the mixer brand which I wanted to buy.

They only sales . But nothing after sales. Even the croma brand itself. I brought one croma microwave oven on Saturday . It was delivered on Sunday evening . .It is night of Tuesday when I am writing this post/feedback nobody called for demo installation.Still waiting for call and no one is available to listen the customer side accept IVR service at call centre no.So dont purchase from this store or brand.

Have brought a water purifier on 10th Jan 2021 and have since then awaiting for the mechanic to come and install the same. After repeated calls the mechanic and staff team have not taken care to Install such a small purifier.Very much disappointed with the way we are casually taken after sales and the post sales service experience is very poor experience for us from such a good brand.Will surely return the product and will not recommend the store to anyone in future.

I would advise anyone getting a laptop at a good deal to not take their unnecessarily expensive warranty and get a proper brand warranty. Would still give a 9/10, if there was that option...

Absolutely poor service and no sense of responsibility. Takes hours to get through to them through the generic number, and when you finally do for a missig part in their equipment they ask to inconvenience you and come to the store and insist the product should have been checked again after handed over in a box.Sorely disappointed. The last time i visit here.Ideally you should be supplying the missing toaster lid at the customers address and not inconveniencing the customer for your lapse in product or service, and maybe learn a thing or two about customer service in the meanwhile.
