In my opinion this place with its small and dull collection of guitars and with the cold and judgemental staff is very much opposite to the positive reviews it is getting.

Very helpful staff and good quality instruments at an affordable price. We got a Kurzweil Piano from here, and we had a lot of help choosing it, the staff were all considerate and ready to give advice and very knowledgeable when it came to the functions and which instrument would suit best.

Enjoyed the experience. Prompt & satisfactory.Staff was nice and courteous.

I really liked how passionately they explain each and every thing about the instrument.Recently I brought a acoustic guitar from here (Pune store) loved the experience.

This shop has good instruments but customer interaction is lil bit dull. The customer representative did not know which type of ukelele they had. He. ओ fused me with ukelel types.

I wanted to buy Cordoba C1 classical guitar. However, due to shortage of stock during lockdown, I had to purchase C1M (matt finish instead of high gloss).Today I saw on their website that they have C1 model available in stock, so I just requested them to replace my guitar with the other one. And without any hesitation they just replaced it.I dont think any other music store wouldve done it and that too after almost 4 months of purchase date.These guys are so helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Musicshack to everyone since I havent seen after sales service better than this store.

Which when given to him was not at all repaired up to the mark. They ruined the guitar bridge. By putting a nail in the bottom of it. And said that it was done to support the bridge.Very unexpected for a salesperson.

Tried calling the store as I had visited earlier, the sales executive whom you were in touch with has left the store said the call attendant. Also, got to know that the salaries of the employees werent paid even after the target was achieved. Being a business professional myself, I could right away conclude that you have a poor understanding of your employees. Now coming to the product that I enquired for; I am not satisfied with the approach that I got. Very disappointed.Thank you!

I bought a guitar from here this week ,so ill be talking about some points which i saw were worth to share about.Availability:-I visited many stores in pune for buying a guitar. Mostly in kothrud and fc road shivajinagar peth area ,music shack is the best place youve got if youre buying a guitar or a keyboard.They have over 30 models of guitar to choose from. From fender to ibanez ,yamaha, cort, grail and many more.Service:-I visited the store in the last month for trial and they played every guitar which i asked for. From tuning the guitar to playing it for you to understand its rythm and tone theyll do it for you. The next time i visited the store and still they played all the guitars i asked knowing that ive visited before.Ive attached the photo of guitar i bought ,yamaha f 310.Do visit if youre planning to buy.

The service here was excellent. I visited this outlet during the lockdown on May 20, 2020 to purchase some equipment. Mr. Vedant was very obliging and went out of his way to help me. On the whole it was a very pleasant experience and I got value for money.

Ive only visited this place twice, with the difference in visits being a little over more than 1 year. The first visit wasnt pleasant at all, thought I did get an okayish recommendation for the set of strings(I wanted to replace the rusted ones I had on my entry level Yamaha guitar). But when I asked for basic maintenance check and some sort of cleaning in between the frets (because one, cant reach it with the strings on, atleast I couldnt) they delayed the process of even putting new strings by days and when I showed up when my patience ran out they made me wait and put the strings on in a hurry, which felt like they didnt care. So in a nutshell the previous visit wasnt pleasant at all.But that was a while back and since then theyve shrunk and consolidated their operations by the looks of it. I visited today to get my strings changed again(I bought my own online and just needed to get the old ones replaced) and the experience was completely different and miles better and Im happy about that. Compared to this visit, the last time they tried to either sell me something expensive I didnt need and werent that helpful in providing useful advice but this time I had a much better time there. Thanks.

First visit to the store, and people have no enthusiasm toward customer. They have no clue on stock availability. Everyone was just busy with their mobile phone and song selection. Wont recommend this store at all.Instead just drive another 3 km toward Divine music you will experience the difference. They will let you try multiple instruments and would recommend based on their experience to the customer the best choice.

Place has good range of instruments. But need better professional sellers who would rather suggest good instruments than try marketing strategies for their profit. Also, they should include branded freebies when youre shopping imported guitars. Guitar bag provided was local and was not as the same brand as the guitar.

They had a variety of instruments like a lot of guitars, keyboards and electronic drum set it was I think and I heard one of them playing from the other side and it was really good. It took time for them to find the strings that I wanted but I eventually got it so I was pretty much satisfied.

Nice play to buy Guitars, Piano and Drums. You wont get much option for Drums though, but for guitar and Piano its a best place to give a visit. The staff there is also very helpful and understands your query well and provides you with appropriate solution.

Very very unprofessional business attitude..!!!They delivered a faulty piano. We found the problem within a week of delivery and when we reported the same. They asked us to contact the Service Center for any issues. This is ridiculous. The service center guy is some other guy and is asking to bring the whole piano to his place, it is a 88-key piano which needs 02 people to lift, pack with all the material and a special carrier auto needs to be hired.Right now I am feeling like I am cheated... exploring options to tackle the situation.

So I went to buy a piano. The people were were polite and knew their way with the instruments, and helped us make our choice. Thats where the good stuff ended. We struck a deal for a PSR E363, which was not in stock at that time, so we were promised a price and told that when it becomes available they will contact us (reasonable enough). We get a call next day from them, but when we reach there they then tell us they are giving us the show piece, which we didnt know was how old or what was it condition. We had discussed this point the previous day too and and told them explicitly that we want a new piece in a sealed, and that we are willing to wait for it. Yet the bring us halfway across the town to sell a used piece. Again they gave us a price and this time promised a home delivery with a free demo at the same cost as before. Again, a very reasonable option, to which we agreed, even paid a advance to seal the deal. It has been 5 days now, 3 more than the promised delivery date, and we still havent received the instrument. On calling him the person tell us the piece is out for deliver, then tell su its raining so he cant come, then that he has some more deliveries so our order will come later. Finally we lost our patience and had to cancel our order.I considered going to a store over Amazon, even though its the costlier option, simply because I considered human-to-human customer is better than human-to-machine service. Clearly I was wrong.

I visited this place to purchase acoustic guitar. They have more guitars of their own brand called Grail. They dont have a good variety. Neither their sales were entertaining the customers. Not a good place.

So if youre just not sure of what you need they could help you out. I went there to change one of my tuner heads that was broken. They instantly fixed it and tuned the guitar for me as well.

Its a musical instruments showroom. Its a place for guitars, ukuleles, keyboards, and even pianos. They have Yamaha stuff and also a bit cheaper stuff of really good quality. They let you play the instruments on your own. Also, they treat you well. Nice and cool ppl out there. They also have electric guitars, congos and other small instruments.
