Ekbote furnitures Mukundnagar, has quite an irresponsible staff. The 3 men working there are rude, unprofessional and do not revert when called. They will promise you a time and never show up or call you regarding your product/delivery details on the that time. Too much follow up and reminders are needed. Sitting there they probably do not take their work and other peoples time and concern seriously.You will need a lot of patience for dealing with these clowns,might as well shop from a different store or other branches.

Worst service in the store, if you go with your bike and helmet they wont entertain. They can do more business if they focus on this. I went there for a sofa, but in the beginning asked for a office chair. The sales person was not interested then.No service asked me to visit website. Cheap way

Same experience as Ms Sheetal at Mukund Nagar.On top of that not answering the mobile since yesterday after giving that number and telling me to call WhatsApp.None of the information that was to be shared on Wednesday has come as yet and mobile not being answered. Good place for Furniture shopping. Prices are High but you get good piece.

My wife and Daughter bought furniture 4 months back in March first week Delivery of it was promised within 40 days but due to lockdown it was delayed and we understand but after opening of lockdown we were promised that it would be delivered in 7 days by the so called Manager at the Kharadi showroom Mr. Shivaji who is terribly incompetent and doesnt care for customer Grevience at all and to top it up he gives all soughts of excuses and doesnt even answer your calls absolutely rude behaviour.Next he asked another of his office staff to call so called Mr. Naveen and he too turned out to be the same. Terrible experience after being a customer of theirs for 25yrs.Part Furniture not yet delivered and sofa damaged and still someone coming to repair, different Bed sent and still to be replaced.But quality of furniture fulI Marks as I have always used Ekbote.Customer service and relationship Big Big ZERO

I wish I could give zero stars. We paid humungous amount of money for the worst service. The delivery was delayed, and the customer service was horrible and very rude. Waste of money. Please find other stores in Pune who will provide you with better service. They talked to us so sweetly while making FULL payment for our order. And the moment we asked for the delivery they kept giving excuses and eventually delivered damaged pieces.

I had ordered furniture from ekbote till the time I was to shop there Thier Sales man followed up with me, gave all details but after paying advance I am now following with him for my furniture and he is not answering my call.....very unprofessional behaviour....my order was booked on 12 Dec date given for delivery was 07 Dec The sales guy promised me for early delivery and today 05 Dec I get a call from a lady it will take another 5 days more for deliveryAlmost a month to get furniture ....

Bought entire furniture for home. Over 10 lakhs. 3 out of 6 dining table chairs have broken ( legs have come off ).Have been calling them since 6 months - but they dont have people to come over and repair the furniture.

DO NOT VISIT TO EKBOTE FURNITURE STORE IN MUKUND NAGAR, PUNE.Very poor customer service, the sales person has not attended us, he told us to see the items our self and check the catalog for pricing.We have seen the product our self and waited near about 10 mins for sales person. Sales person was on his phone continuously.I should see the reviews before visiting store. Wasted my time.NOT RECOMMENDED TO BUY ANYTHING FROM EKBOTE, MUKUND NAGAR, Other branches I do not have any idea.Even I do not want to give any star rating but this post does not save without selecting star rating.

I bought furniture from Ekbote as my brother knew one of the owners and I was promised good service. When I bought the furniture I knew I wont stay at the place for long so had enquired about service and was promised great service in case I need the furniture installed at my new address. Now I have been chasing the owner for last over 6 months to get a bed installed at my new house but havent been able to get them to do it.If good post sales service is your requirement, dont fall for their promises about their service capabilities as none seem to exist.Will not recommend to anyone.

I dis appointed with after sales service charges from Ekbote Furniture. I have purchased sofa @ cost 22000 before 3 years & now rennovating same they have quoted 32000. The charges are very high & same work we have done from other agency @ cost 14235.We suggest to take review of after sales service cost before buy any product.

Items to suit lower or medium budgets. Higher budget people hardly turn up here.

Very unprofessional peoples in this business. I ordered dining table with Ekbote mukund nagar branch. The sales person Somnath assured me for delivery in one month. I called 2 days before the actual promised delivery date and team assured me that table will get delivered on time. After waiting for whole day around 8 PM i called to Ekbote furniture to get status. Surprisingly. I got to know that due to some machine issue the delivery got delayed by 7 days. Waiting after 10 days again i called the mukund nagar branch and got the same response saying it will rake 15 more days to complete the work. Even afer waiting for 20 more days i didnt received any call from Ekbote furniture. On next day (2 months from date of booking) i again called Ekbote mukund nagar branch and got new dateI cancelled the order and requested my money back which again took 15 days. The worst buying experience of my life. They dont even care about letting customer know the for delays or any other problem with delivery. As you already paid the money you need to call these guys to know the status of your order.I would suggest go with online options like pepperfry, Urbana Ladder even now a days Amazon or Flipkart

Pune is famous for bad customer service, and seems Ekbote are the torch bearer of this Puneri attitude.Worst experience so far.I ordered a bed + side table in February, and they said it will take 1.5 months. It was too long time for me, but I agreed as I heard good about their quality. After a few days passed in their delivery date, April 11, they called up to say it will further get delayed by 15 days. Then again they called up saying it got delayed but will deliver this week.Now it is already 2.5 months and still they have not done the delivery.I am trying to talk to their Manager Yogesh for past two days, I have not got hold of him yet.Update : After trying for 2 days, got hold of Yohesh, he said, he will deliver max by Monday which was 3 days away. This was his 4th promised date, which too he missed (today is Thursday still there is no sign of getting my order delivered). I asked for reasons for such delays, and he said they have some machinery broken at their factory, and so delivery is delayed.He said he will update me once he reaches the factory the next day morning, but the hasnt called me back in past 3 days.Worst experience by Ekbote.
