The sample flat is extremely appealing but the project being launched at 2014 from there on over7 -8 years before the promised sample flat becomes your own seems to be too much. The possession date seems skeptical.The Sales Team is supremely rude and arrogant. Their ill-mannered behaviour is one of results why the project receives lesser bookings and cancellation on the booked ones. The leadership should fix this at the earliest to convert the footfalls into potential buyersMHADA is kept as a secret, this will not be brought until you ask. The approach road and slum around is one of the biggest minus.

Connectivity is good , layout is impressive as compared to other builders . Price into higer side but is good as concedrating the location .

Very poor in customer communication. Never share any project related updates with the customer for example, they do not bother to send an email /sms conveying construction has been stopped from date due to COVID-19 or will resume on any date or any changes to the project completion or handover date.If customer tries to contact their executives through phone or email no-one replies, until customer gets frustrated and involve higher authority.They are prompt in money collection, but worst in providing paper documents such as payment receipts or detailed demand letter etc. If customer needs these, they have to do followups for this.

Its in heart of baner, near to city...

Over all Sales Team was dull. They made us wait for 1 hour on Sunday. Sunday is when most customers are supposed visit. Anyway, The flat size for 2 BHk is ok. But location is not very good. In front of the building there is dying river... It looks like the building is being constructed on its flood area. I am sure if heavy rain occurs there will be flooding of the channel. Also, the two year maintenance charge was 1 lack rupees.For four buildings the amenities will not be sufficient. The prize quoted was 84 lacs for 2BHK which looks like inflated price.The Approach road is very narrow.There will be MHADA building in front of the 4 towers. Entrance is from one end it shall be crowded.Kitchen size is small.Possession waiting time is high.Over all the the cost should not be more than 75Lacs. Investing more than that is wastage. And shall be unwise in my opinion.You will get much better deal for 84 in other places.

Excellent project!! After three years of searching for a property in Pune we finally decided to go with VTP Solitaire. The quality of construction is one of the best in the city. The project is probably good but approach road is not plus builder is not clear on when the road will be made. Also builder never tells you about the proposed Madha flat right next to the gate

Nice layout with very attractive prices.. in start the construction was slow but now they have paced up the work. Mivan technology gave the upper hand to the project in comparison to other projects..

Bad habits of builders not going away.Always purchase ready to move in flats with oc. Dont get trapped. Nationwide 8L crore is inventory of unsold flats!!!!

Booked a flat here 2 years ago and still possession further delayed by 2 years. No trust left on the builder and top of that they are now pressurising to get into an agreement. Before agreement I am sent a demand letter. If I dont pay, interest will be charged. The VTP executive do not support and have robotic replies. Least concerned about customer sentiments. Think a lot before getting into a deal with such developer.

Since last 1.5 years sales team is only saying that excavation work is going on. Last year they said there is alternate road for this project now they are saying we did not promise alternate road. Doubtful whether they will complete the work on time

Location is not good at all price wise its lil bit on cheaper side there is only single strip road in front of the gate if two cars comes from the different directions it would be in grinding situation... Way inside from main Baner road
