We had a delightful experience with Amar Builder. The things I like most about them is their professionalism and commitment. Starting from their Sales , Marketing team to the Site staff, all have shown excellent attitude towards the home buyers. The facilities provided inside the premises are exactly as they have published. We also appreciate the discipline the Society managers are maintaining in all aspect. Although there are some issues which I am confident will be sorted out by the Management soon .

Location is quite good and because of proposed metro station at Baner Gaon, around 4-5 km from here, will be a good investment actually.

I visited this place to buy a property and I was really interested to finalise the flat at the same day. But I felt you guys are not interested to sell your property. The way “Mr. Irfan’s attitude was towards us- it made me pull the cheque back”Apart from being rude, this person couldn’t clarify our basic questions: kept on saying “Lena hai to lo”At one point of time this became insulting to a customer who could easily afford the price without negotiation just wanted clear answers.Amar properties you have lost a very sincere costumer. I will not recommend this property to anyone.

The most impressive factor I liked is the professionalism shown by all the staffs at Amar Serenity. We have yet to shift there, but we like the project and the strategic location which is a big plus. Looking forward to move-in there and enjoy the already functional emenities that looks premium!

We had really nice experience with Amar Builders & Developers during buying a flat in Amar Serenity. The front- and back-end sales executives are friendly and helpful. The construction quality of Amar Serenity is good. The flats are well designed as per Vastu Shastra. The site is situated in a nice locality. The builders employees were very prompt on our queries.

PATHETIC ATTITUDE !We visited to discuss about property cost on GudiPadwa 2021 to finalise the apartment.We were not given proper answers. Sales person Irfan was RUDE AND INCOMPETENT TO ANDWER ANY QUESTION and his statement “AGAR AAP KA BUDGET NAI HAI TO MAT LO” took us out of the office.Funny part : this person later told us I am not the one who discusses the finances, someone else will do that. Serious waste of my time.Shitshow

It has simply been a wonderful experience with Amar Builders at Amar Serenity and am very pleased and proud to be a part of Amar Serenity. Most important aspect which I liked about Amar Builders is their quality construction and service support post possession. The entire experience right from booking a flat till possession has been excellent!I would like to thank entire staff and especially Mr. Banerjee for their relentless support & making our experience memorable!!

The crowd is good and the amenities are also well done by Amar builders.But there were several issues we faced which I would wish to highlight.You will notice an overall lack of gratitude from the sales team. Which should not be the main basis of your decision to buy here.There is an overall slight scarcity of water, most of which is generated by bore well water passed through a softening plant. Sewage is recycled thankfully to provide flush water. Solar water although stated by builder as 24 hours is provided for just 4, which may work out for some people. Tankers visit the society on a daily basis as of today which I believe is decent for a society of this scale.As far as construction goes here are a few points I noticed. Walls are finished with pop not plaster which sales misguided me on. You will notice several cracks in the pop in most walls. Tiling work for main flooring has a bit larger gaps which slightly tarnish the overall look. But bathroom tiling and fittings are well done, the quality is also great.All rooms are provided with false ceiling.Amar Builder has provided entire modular kitchen with hettich soft touch fittings. But all panels are made of very light material, probably MDF. Kitchen is a bit chlostrophobic thanks to the colour scheme selected by the selection team, but storage space is pretty decent. Corners could have been planned better in the kitchen cabinets.Black granite counters tops provided.Make sure you confirm in writing which parking slot you are allotted before your sign the dotted line since some are very difficult to manoeuvre.Builder does provide fans and lights in all rooms including bathrooms and terrace.Windows are a bit wrongly placed as in mesh should be outside and glass within. But the quality of the windows is superb.Electrical points could have been planned in a better way.For Air conditioners all flats are provided with platforms for mounting outdoor unit. And core cuts provided for passing pipes and cables for AC.Water heaters provided in 2 bathrooms whilst solar in just oneThe overall attention to detail by Amar builders is quite noteworthy and definitely incomparable to most builders in the market. The engineering team deserves an applause for the same. The sales team on the other hand has the ability to single handedly convince you not to buy an Amar property. If you plan to visit as a customer prepare yourself to be insulted and belittled. Just dont let that affect your decision though.I hope I have covered most items for your understanding.

Good project but feel costly

Very rude sales person. First when someone refused to budget what’s your problem . Person without knowing your budget I can’t tell anything . After I forced he started saying we minimum budget of 1.52. When I ask for saleable area first he said apko carpet area bata diya kya karna hai salable ka ... means you will charge whatever you want for nothing . Also lastly he said sir we are Amar when I said mount Vert is next to you is not charging as much as you are . Also amenities which are you given is already charged with lot money .

Not friendly staff and management.

Just spoke to Mr. Irfan in sales/marketing absolutely unprofessional and rude. He starts with 1.25+ se start hota hai. When a probable customer calls the sales person should first give the plus points about the project, amenities and then come down to price structure. The attitude was hamare jaisa project aap ko milega hi nahi that is not I called the sale team to hear. Anyway Amar group has lost a customer who was genuinely interested in knowing about the project. Site visit in such difficult times is not possible for an outside customer like me and sales team actually should have been more active in giving more details on phone or whatsapp.

The project is big, but cant find it as value for money.
