Rates found bit high but are as per the locality. Construction quality is good. Overall structure of flats and building is nice. Sales Executive Vishal Sir is very friendly and helpful person. Happy with the site visit.

We happened to purchase a dream house in this nice nestled in greenery and surrounded with great views from every room. Good planning with spacious area designed for every flat. Special thanks to Ms. Sherlin for umpteen follow-ups and Mr. Vishal for always being available to solve any queries and support. Looking forward for the completion and shifting there soon.

So far, its been a very good experience with Yashada. All the departments at Yashada were fast in processing and quick in responding all the legal, accounts, and loan related queries.Specially the sales department person Mr. Vishal Saindane was very supportive and helpful. He was very patient in listening to and clearing all our doubts. As it is our fist home we had a lot of doubts 😀.The construction quality in overall is good. The interiors are good as well. Almost everything that has been promised orally was included in the agreement except the relocation of the chawl (small 8-10 houses in front of the project). The possession date was also extended by 6 months in the agreement considering the buffer for current COVID-19 situation and other uncontrollable circumstances. But they are still committed to their target date.Talking about price, I think it is value for money considering the property rates in Pashan area and the locality. Even the 15-20 yrs. resale flats are expensive in Pashan.The big advantage of the project is the awesome lifetime unobstructed view of forest and Pashan lake.And there has been very good support from the Yashada team in the entire process of flat purchase. All the payments receipts and other documents were provided in time.Looking forward to timely delivery of my home at Splendid Lake View.

Slum infrom of property..and value of property is very high.. They tell you slum will be removed, but wont give you gaurantee on the agreement.. If slum doesnt matter then you can go with this.

Room sizes seems smaller but the biggest drawback is its kitchen being almost at the entry.
