Visited Recently this place and find it Well maintained,kids were cycling and playing in d garden, elderly were sitting and chatting. Soceity is Very active, 24*7 security, corporation water and have all the modern life amenities.Its very nice and pleasant.Location is also very convenient.

HORRIBLE BUILD QUALITY !!!! Tremendous leakage through roof in monsoon season. Water drips from ceiling like our rooms are open to sky. Society is not at all co-operative in this. Basements are leaking 365 days of the year damaging vehicles paint.

Nice building, apartment itself is a land mark, surrounded by slum area on one side and open plot on other. Easy to locate. Five minutes from main road. Good security.
