This is cooperative housing society located on your left while coming from karve nagar colony on canal road after Bharat Colony next to ShivShahi colony.Difficult to locate as only visible landmark is white entrance gate with turquoise colour letters PARTH ENCLAVE with illumination at night on name plate.
