Good Apartments. Bad management and tenant support. Nothing is signed on time. Very lax services.

Society is good. But please dont rent out flat owned by Devendra Thorat. Unfortunately he did not refund my deposit amount. He and his father deny to refund. Please say away from these fraud people

I personally stay here. The environment here is best for people who want to live a good life.

Really everyone loves the society. With great facilities provided here, either its regarding security, parking, freshness in My World is of higher level, very well cleaned, garden with swimming pool & important is it comes road facing but silence. The real loving & living.

Excellent location. Society has gym, swimming pool and basic sports facilities like TT. Society is well maintained. The society used to have water issues in summer sometime back.

This is one the most livable and lovable place to live in Baner, very close to the High street have good accessibility yet silent , Water is bit of issue, just like many other places in Baner..ample dining options and good variety of cuisines ...There are couple of good schools nearby

This cosy apartment complex is bang on the Balewadi High Street and yet not directly opposite the Cummins Shop complex. You get the high street life without the chaos. Best of both worlds!

Nice place and society to stay, we stayed in it for more than 1 year and its very well maintained with clubhouse and clean swimming pool, parking for self nad visitors too.

Peaceful and quiet society. A bit of water problem is there, but anyway we had to learn about water-saving.

My world society is located In baner area. It is a very good and high class society with a very good security.The society has its own gym area and swimming pool.

Security is taken very seriously here, they have an app which informs the residents of the room whenever someone wants to enter the building. Bikes and Cars must have stickers for entry. Has a swimming pool. Treats tenants and home owners as equals.

Everything is well and good, only problem with water supply...

Good society with specious flats at prime location.Bachelors are allowed.

Nice society big garden.. convienently approachable.

Nice housing apartments, clean environment. Security is also very intact.

Good Society however the maintainence charges are bit high along with that water supply issues are there.

They have the most awful guards who are never ready to help. People living in the society do not tend to mingle with others. I have recently moved here as a tenant,& even though the society is at one of the prime locations, the not so amiable lot we have to put up with make the experience horrible.
