Awesome society, super spacious flats and very well Maintained. Near to very good schools. And overall location is awesome

This Society has frequent Power cut issue. Bare minimum range for all mobile networks on all floors. Childrens play area is not that great. Club House is somehow maintained.Flats are specious, people residing in the society are well mannered and educated. Cleanliness and security is very good.(If you are looking for rented flats - its Big NO because of electricity issue.)

This is one of the best apartment for living in Pimpri Chinchwad at Wakad. They have very good design and facilities like Gym, Swimming pool, Badminton court, Party Hall, Garden and many more. People over here are mostly IT people over businessman. You can have nice view of Highway from one of side. Its really cool place as they have spacious flats and also good passage areas too..

Positives: Spacious, awesome Layout, very well maintained Lawn. No other building in the entire area has flats as beautiful as Eisha ZenithChallenges: Slow paced construction, OC not yet given to wings constructred since 4 years. Society formed after 4 years of possession, construction quality not that great-seepage in walls in newly constructed flats, all amenities not yet provided. No Water from Municipal corporation in Tathawade area.Issue: the problem was that builder didnt have the necessary clearance to construct all wings and said will be providing all amenities after the rest of the wings are constructed. Now he is saying he has the clearance. Lets see!
