Security guards are very helpful and cooperative.. overall society is always clean. Just need to change parking blocks during rains without skate board uhh may learn skating 😄

Almost at the end of Pune, only good thing is its near Highway

This is Residential Apartment Building. It is located at Right Side of Mutha River. Good Building n Good Weather n kalm area for residential.

Good housing complex, tucked in a quiet corner at Sun City Road. Good bonding among the residents.

A bit of inside the main road but homes are spacious and a new road is in process of construction which will definitely increase prices of the properties here

Nicely maintained, gated community in sun city area, sinhagad, pune. Spacious flats with decent room sizes. Pretty spacious balconies are also attached to halls. Has a good panaromic view of sinhagad. Parking is nicely structured with space for guest parking too, which is hard to find these days. Only downside, its Just a bit inside on the dead end of road and one has to walk to main road for Groceries, transport.

Nice spacious apartments with club house, childrens play area and security. Good people.
