Old building. No cleanliness. Improper water supply. Lower middle class locality. Only one good thing is Sinhgad road easily accessible.

The complex constructed prior to inclusion of Sinhagad road area to Pune municipal corporation.Naturally building was constructed as per old norms of gram panchayt rules.Any how provided good accommodation at reasonable rates
