Best place to live in Kharadi area, slightly away from main road so no noise polution, no construction. Very good common facility like gym, swimming pool, hot spa, multi purpose court for basketball, badminton. TT table etc.Very well manged security through MyGate app.Slightly costlier from monthly maintenance side, like 4400 per month per flat.No restriction on bachelor and guests timings like other society impose restriction after 9pm in night.

This society is very good. No water or electricity problems. Very well connected to everywhere. Huge and spacious flats. Open kitchen design looks very spacious. Bit of dust comes from nagar road. Electricity bill is less too due to solar energy i think. Pool is maintained and gym is good.

Its a gated community. And has grocery stores available right outside the society. Has 24/7 water supply and is a wonderful place to stay. Only downside is that the gym is not maintained and the water is harsh.

I stayed for 2 years. Apartment is spacious, good quality of fixtures and peaceful society.Too costly as per the apartment and its facilities.Gas stove should not be provided by builder as this the place for all insects to hide.

Good society, with all amenities like gym, swimming pool etc. Modular kitchen in all apartments. Even floors have 1 big balcony and odd floors have 2 decent balconies. Utility is part of kitchen. Currently no piped gas connection available in society. Half km from nagar road. I have videos of some apartments if someone wants i can share.

Best place to live in and close to various IT companies. EON IT Park and Work Trade Center are just a 1km away. Very peaceful and greenery inside. Best in the class amenities and security. No parking problem. Maintained society and we celebrate all the Festivals here. Society has PMC water + its own well inside the society. No water problem even in the summer. All shops are there in nearby locations. Overall it has everything to live a healthy and peaceful life.

A very small yet very nice society located in the prime location of kharadi. No shops inside the society but has a good market just outside it at a distance of 100 metres. A small gym is available inside the club house and under-tower and underground parking are available and theres no problem like power cut and water scarcity and flats are nice.

One of the best housing society in Kharadi Pune. People can live spacious and comfortable life here. Everything is well managed and it has all those facilities which a big society supposed to have. Rentals are high as compared to other areas, but its really worth. It is located on the prime location from where everything is instantly available. Well known EON and WTC IT parks resides just a kilometre away. If youre ready to pay and want a spacious life then youre welcome. Highly recommended.

Good place to stay .Rent is not costly. They have a good badminton outdoor court to play.

The society is ok. Only advantage is its closure to EON IT Park. They give all amenities but quality is poor. Cracks in the walls, low quality kitchen trolleys. And most importantly, the management in the society is very poor. So called facility manager and chair man are very bad and rude. They do not know how to circulate rules and regulations and even they do not bother about that. Their tricks is to put people in trouble and then let them know the rules and regulations. Parking is the biggest problem here. Secondly, if you stay in lower floors, then a lot of disturbance noise as each buildings are facing each other. The worst experience I have ever had staying here.

For People working in eon and world trade center, it is at a walking distance. You will find all the daily necessity stuff nearby. Viman nagar and margarpatta are the nearest areas for you for entertainment and shopping.

Having lived here for a year, the best are near to pune. lots of walking areas, clean and pet friendly.

There is a well built gym for starters.Apart from these things, The provision shop is at walkable distance.Salon, Idea showroom, Eagle boys pizza, Chai ki tappri, are just in couple of minutes walk.
