We went there on a weekend in July. This place is truly natural and beautiful. It has lush green fields and natural waterfalls created during monsoons. The waterfalls are accessible directly in the road, and sometimes the water falls directly on the road which gives you illusion on driving/riding through a waterfall.There are plenty of police checking all over the road so that social distancing and general safety is maintained.There are also resorts near the ghat itself to stay over. There are not many restaurants in the ghat, only street vendors, so eat before or after entering the ghat because once you are in, you might want to stay for a longer time and just bask in the lush green experience.

Very nice and amazing atmosphere and trip... Malshej ghat always the best... Early in the morning theirs fog... When its raining and if has rained earlier, theirs fog ... So cant see the amazing full view of the valley. But the greenary is a treat to the eyes... Best time is to visit in rainy season... The beauty of nature is total outstanding and worth watching... Must visit once in rainy season... Not in heavy rains as its not safe... But other than that best... The Best... Lovely and truly awesome 🤩😁....

Lovely view of the valley. One should spend some quality time there. Beautiful during rainy seasons. Driving a bit dangerous as ghat section is has more curve roads. Enjoy ride but carefully.

The Malshej Ghat photography point is one of the best places to view the mesmerizing and the elegant Sahyadris and the Western Ghats. MTDC has installed railings and Gazebos to make it more tourist friendly. The best place to visit here is from June to February. During monsoon one can see waterfalls at various points along with the greenery. The place is well maintained and is visited by tourists throughout the year. The tunnel adds beauty to the road. A stone is carved at the end which is amazing in appearance. I being a motorcyclist will recommend this place to all the bikers and riders along with other travellers. Recommended by me 👍

Very Beautiful.Scenic serene beautySome 3 hrs drive from Mumbai but its worth a visit during monsoon, scenic, serene beauty. Lots of big and small waterfalls on the way.Parking spaces are there on most of the picturesque spots so ppl can park their vehicles on the side without creating traffic for others.Some waterfalls are big n beautiful so one go near n enjoy itOnly issue is some 4-5 kms of horrible road in Shahad. The pot holes got so huge that It gave a bungee jumping feel. Mostly the roads are single lane roads.The local municipality must try to maintain the roads to encourage tourism. Theres no facility for changing clothes. If they can make some arrangements for changing clothes near the waterfall like they have arranged near Vihigaun waterfall, then people can enjoy it more.A very lovely experience. Its a must visit in a monsoon. Try to go prepared with raincoat, umbrellas and flip flop on.

One of the best place to visit near Mumbai and Pune. Nature lovers will love this place. It is the best place for natural photography. There are not much points to visit here namely 3 to 4 but are very beautiful. There is a point which is shaped like a fort is also fantastic. You can get corn chaat and tea here in various small stalls. You need to be very cautious while driving the way. If you are visiting in Rainy season then you can enjoy various small water falls else you also can come in winter where you can spend some times in enjoying nature. Best season is winter but thrilling is rain. You need to do a private vehicle so that can enjoy where you want. Scenic beauty and will love the drive but be carefully due to steep curves and turns.
