Very good & serene environment, you can directly feel connected to the God. Temple periphery is very clean & well managed.Only suggestion is that that management should repair fans in dining hall, they are huge but not working.Due to large area congestion due to public wont be happen, so safe from Corona perspective too.

This temple was very serene and calm. It is situated on the top on the hill in Katraj. The temple provides knowledge about the jainism. 12 feet tall statue of Lord Mahavira is too majestic to look at. Then there are statues of all the 24 tirthankaras of Jain religion. Built in modern times, the statues are made of metal and portray metal art of modern era. The temple was not at all crowded. It has ample of parking space as well as Bhojanshala. And they made wheelchair accessible entry and wheelchair facility are available here. It was good for kids to watch. MUST VISIT..!

A Very beautiful Jain Temple of the 24th Jain Tirthankar Shri Mahavir Prabhu on top of a small hill. It has a prototype of the Pawapuri Jal Mandir which is also very beautiful. There are 2 dharam shalas out of which 1 is recently renovated and rooms are nice. The bhojan shala offers very tasty and satvik food. This place is a must to visit.

Aagam Mandir on top of Katraj hill has been built by Acharya Shri DolatSagarSuri MS of Sagaranand samuday. Mulnayak is Shri Mahavir Swami Bhagwan. Walls of the Derasar are fitted with sheets with Aagam verses inscribed on them. It has lodging and food facilities (for Jains only).

In the temple, there is an idol of Lord Mahavir in Padmasana in golden shades, which is made of Panch Dhatu.

Great Jain temple with a lot of scenic views, a must visit if you are a JAIN and in pune even if for 1 day. There are all 45 Aagams inscripted on metal sheets available here to see. Sitting on a small hill it takes some time to reach as the roads are very steep and with deep pot holes and cracks in some places. The Dharamsha in currently under construction and the one available is not that good. I visited the place on Gyan Pancham and the food available was satisfactorily good.

One of the best place to worship Jain god. It is only one Suvarna Aagam Mandir. Food and stay available. As being a Jainism need to follow all rules before and during time of stay. No shorts allowed in campus for Any lady or men as well. Try avoiding black colour clothes. Food is a simple and tasty. Evening food time max till 45 mins before sunset.

It gives you a panoramic view of the City, however if you are taking a one way can, you might find it difficult to get one while returning as it is situated at a high level.If you want rent a car who will stay with you.There is a swaminarayan temple nearby about 20 min away and Iskcon temple also which is 15 min away.

Very sacred place. I visit this place atleast during my sons bday. Very well and nicely maintained. You easily get chance to offer the Aarti. If you are visiting the temple from Mumbai - Pune - Bangalore highway, you need to take left turn towards katraj, and after that you have to be smart in taking the correct route to the temple. Because maps will slightly mis lead you. Do not hesitate to ask the local shops for the right route.You can also have food there, a coupon of Rs. 60/- needs to be purchased per person.
