Stay Bird - B Suite is an entire experience in itself. If you want to experience grandeur and great hospitality then B Suite is the place to be. Spacious Luxury Room with Balcony with nice amenities, Enjoyed a lovely dinner here at the Rooftop restaurant and it an amazing experience. The food was great & The ambience and the vibe of the place is beautiful. Value for money. 10/10 for this property. amenities.

Spacious rooms and nice decor. The staff was polite and helpful. Would suggest to ramp up on the amenities, like in the washroom. Travelling to/from the hotel was a bust as its a little on the outskirts and the whole area seems to be under construction, including the roads. Have to take a cab anytime you want to go out. No shops/restaurants/etc nearby.

Nice upcoming place to stay if you are on a business trip around Kharadi. Good quality rooms with balcony but nothing much in terms of view from there as surroundings are all full with construction for various residential projects. Approach road is not there at present. Breakfast is available but limited options for food as kitchen is not fully operational. Place has a good potential in future when construction is complete and road is built.

The place is beautiful

No access to property.. First of all its in middle of nowhere and there no no road to get to the property.. rooms are good.. but whats the use if u cant get to hotel ? road is completely messed up.. our car got damaged trying to get to this hotel.. they did not show this in hotel pictures.. Please do not book here.. u can get better hotel at low rates anywhere in pune..

Nice cozy place. Staff v helpful. Service v good. Food is decent. Though need to add more variety in their bf buffet n lunch dinner menu.

Hotel iSuite is very nice. Only problem is the approach road. The surroundings under construction. So lots of dust. Except ground floor, all the other floors are very fine. Room service is good. Food is delicious. Difficult to get conveyance.

Its literally like off-road. Auto guys swear to come close.

It is a new property, rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Approach to this hotel is difficult. It is about 2.5 - 3 kms from the main road. No local or medical shops nearby. Breakfast was not so great. They could have provided Tea/coffee (kettle) facility in the room.

Pretty decor. Washrooms can be better with more basic amenities. The location is in outskirts, hence a little difficult to reach. Everything is under construction around it.

For facilities we can give 1 star... I have removed 4 starts because its hard to find that hotel which is still under construction.... Road to this hotel will be pathetic.... If you want to go with own vehicle it will be good....Dont expect tastiness from this hotel food

Recently opened restaurant. Nice place to stay... Hygienic and clean rooms ... Staff is good... Restaurant and morning breakfast have limited options of food as of now...

The hotel is good and at a reasonable price. Only flaw is there is construction happening in its 360 view. So balcony will not be of any use. Also the roads arent there yet.

Decent hotel, but the road to the hotel was broken and there were lots of dust due to the constructions happening around the hotel. Service was good, rooms were cleaned daily and they replaced the water bottles.

The hotel itself is good with good rooms, good food and prompt service. But the access road is so bad that it is an ordeal to reach the hotel, that too by a roundabout way.
